• Elena (9/5): Krásný moderní pohodlný apartmán, v okolí spousta možností zábavy. - Apartmán je skutečně v centru dění, v okolí je spousta možností zábavy. Velmi pohodlný moderní apartmán, vše bylo čisté, k dispozici kávový automat, včetně kávy. Byli jsme ubytovaní přes víkend v prosinci, kdy bylo dost chladno V pátek byl byt příjemně vytopený, od sobotního rána ale už topení bohužel nešlo. Zřejmě automatické nastavení.

• MIKHAIL (10/5): - The location is right in the city center. Everything you need is nearby. Check-in was also quite simple, but you need to read everything carefully. The apartment had everything you need for a comfortable stay. The host was friendly and responded quickly. I'll definitely be back.

• Biondi (10/5): - Cozy and warm place, very close to the center of Olomouc.
• Rex (10/5): - A great place to stay in a perfect location. Very spacious apartment with everything you need. The coffee machine was very dirty and didn't work, the dishwasher smelled bad. However, everything else was so good that I would not deduct a point just because of these things.

• Barbara (10/5): Nice apartment in a great location - Great location within a couple minutes walk to everything! Very good restaurants and bars outside the door. Apartment is comfortable and well equipped. The bed was a little low for older folks
• Vávra (10/5): - Ubytování v centru města, kde je vše v docházkové vzdálenosti. Bohužel se zde nedá parkovat s autem, ale doporučuji 2 bezplatné ulice Brožíkova a Václavkova, kde jsem parkoval. Ve městě fungují sdílená kola Next bike, takže auto vyzvednuté do 5 minut.

• HRGiger (9/5): - We had everything we needed, better than most hotels, +good location , walk to the centre 5 min +there is central car parking mostly available, 5 min walk, 280kc for day as of Oct.2025, its name is Parkoviště u Terezské brány, there is small tunnel next to main road , you can use as shortcut when walking +even close to centre we had quite night but it wasnt tourism season +coffee machine,internet,tv, instant hot water , heater all works,only we couldnt manage make cattle work +shower & wc clean has soap&shower gel, clean towels +building has elevator +price & performance Bed was too close to ground otherwise ok, pillows were good and soft, there is extra in bedroom storage Couch could be a bit more comfortable in living room Cattle didnt work but we got 2-3 other ways to get boiled water

• Mariana (10/5): Localização e espaço excelentes. - Local muito amplo, confortável e limpo, bem equipado com cozinha completa, anfitrião de fácil comunicação, camas muito confortáveis, chuveiro excelente e localização muito boa, perto de mercados e restaurantes. Gostei de tudo.

• Martina (9/5): - V apartmánu jsme bydleli už podruhé, protože se nám poprvé moc líbil. Je velmi prostorný, čistý, perfektně vybavený, ideální pro rodinu, přímo v centru Brna. Velmi snadné předání klíčů, které jsou ve schránce u domu. Majitelé za to vůbec nemůžou, ale lokalita v centru, která je jinak velmi příjemná, je v létě trochu za trest - přímo pod okny máte hlučné bary a zahrádky, které rozhodně nekončí se zábavou v 10 hodin večer, spíš tak kolem druhé, třetí ráno. V apartmánu jsou naštěstí velmi kvalitní okna, která hluk dobře odstíní, ale je tam pak zase vedro. Pokud jste rádi "v centru dění" :-), vřele doporučujeme. Pokud se chcete dobře vyspat, zarezervujte si apartmán někdy jindy než v létě :-) Byli jsme tam i na podzim a to bylo všechno v klidu.

• ANETA (8/5): Bardzo udany pobyt, piękne miasto i świetna lokalizacja - Świetnie położony apartament, przestronny , wygodny i bardzo dobrze wyposażony. Bardzo blisko rynku. Szczelne okna chroniły przed hałasem dochodzącym wieczorami z pobliskich barów. Brak klimatyzacji. Niestety trafiliśmy na upalne dni więc ciężko było spać w mocno nagrzanych pokojach (apartament mieści się na trzecim piętrze na poddaszu). Wiatraki, które były w apartamencie pomagały, ale niewystarczająco.

Well appointed, smart apartment with nice touches like smart TV, washing machine. Secure. Minor issues but with a washing machine it would be good to have a clothes hanger to dry clothes. Should provide bath towel, not just small hand towels.

• Jay.dee (10/5): hidden gem in the heart of the town - Large, very well-equipped two-room apartment (kitchen with sofa and sleeping room) located right in the downtown. Top-shelf option. Sleeping room could have some extra table and chairs added to exploit its potential for daily activities.
