Guest Reviews
- Darren (8/5): Made our trip affordable and comfortable - Super convenient for visiting Baltimore and the lock. Bed was comfy, compact but just enough comforts for a long weekend or week, especially if you like getting out and about An Iron would have been brilliant for me as all shirts creased in transit. Table and chairs were a little unsteady at times
- Shane (9/5): - Great location, lots to see and do locally.
Comfy and clean - cosy is exactly the right description.
Hosts were very quick to respond to queries. More detailed instructions about how to use the heating etc would have been helpful in the welcome pack.
- Wilfried (10/5): Deugddoende rust - De rust en de locatie Het was moeilijk te vinden omdat de gps het adres niet herkende.
- Maura (7/5): Lovely space half way between skibbereen and Baltimore - It was a lovely space well finished The couch bed was not very comfortable

- Ellie (10/5): Exceptional - Absolutely gorgeous, met and exceeded my expectations. Easy to find just off the Wild Atlantic Way, Bebhinn & Brian gave excellent instructions and even had the bed made before I arrived. Got in fairly late in the afternoon so I didn't see Bebhinn & Brian then but managed to catch Bebhinn before I left in the morning.

- Megan (6/5): Our stay was lovely and cosy but was missing a few things to make it better - The property is a nice cosy cabin a few minutes from Skibbereen The property is really small in the owners backyard and has a hob for cooking but no oven or air fryer no tv either or anything to watch movies on the bed comes out of the wardrobe which blocks the dining room table and it’s a lot of effort to move it up to eat two nights was more then enough the host was really lovely and brought us wood for the fire in the cabin
- Emma (10/5): Lovely, cosy, quiet, self contained cabin in the host’s garden. - A great secluded, well planned place. The hosts have thought of everything to make the best of the space. Lots of kitchen equipment for anyone planning to cook. A little milk in the fridge for a cup of tea on arrival would have been nice 😉
Or the information that they weren’t going to be around so I would have brought my own.
Hosts did get back to me quickly to say they weren’t at home so wasn’t a big issue in the end. I just popped to the nearby shops in Skibbereen 😊
- Geraldine (8/5): Lovely quiet escape from the world. Would recommend. - Very cosy as I was there in February. Under floor heating worked really well.
The cabin was blissfully quiet. Really exceptional. Wonderful when you just want to escape to peace and quiet. The pull down bed was super comfy but you would have had to fold up the bed again to be able to set up the dining table. I was alone so didn't bother so not a big deal, but a small extra fold-up table would be handy.
