- Anamaria (10/5): Recomand - Personalul extrem de amabil. Desi rezervarea a fost facut intr un termen extrem de scurt si in ziua de 31 ianuarie, totul a fost perfect. Apartamentul este extrem de calduros si ne-a ajutat faptul ca e un frigider si o plita, unde am putut sa facem un ceai. Accepta si animale de companie, am avut si un catel cu noi❤️ Un pic cam scump, dar esti extrem de aproape de centru. Peretii cladirii sunt cam subtiri, se aud toti vecinii.

- Maria (3/5): Poor - The price in booking.com for the apartment was £204. The price I paid when we got there was £218. Then suddenly when I checked my bank today it got changed to £224. There was a £6 transaction fee and the exchange rate was taken into consideration, but it was still more than expected. The apartment in itself had lied about their amenities, it's misleading their customers to book them rather than others. They said the apartment had Tumble dryer, sofa, toiletries. When we got there, there was 1 table 1 chair 1 bedside table, good for only 1 person. No sofa. No tumble dryer, the bed sheet didn't even fit the bed. We asked this on the 1st day before i paid and they guy who came to meet us (after waiting for 20minutes in the sun) said no they don't have it. The toiletries available was a hand soap half full and a Dishwashing liquid a quarter full. There were confetti under the table and in the toilet the dirty bath towels were still hanged (from previous renters perhaps). I was shocked that they didn't have it but I was also afraid that if we complain, he might send us away to look for another apartment at that time, so we just gritted our teeth and stayed. I was not planning on complaining on we got back to uk. But they charged us even more than what I paid, it should be me who should have the money back because of the inconvenience it caused and the lack of facility they mentioned was available. I messaged the property to ask for an invoice but they didn't reply. I felt like we were scammed and to think that they took a photo of my residence permit, I hope they won't do something bad with it.
