• Yuzaini (4/5): Disappointing - The location and smooth check in process The building appears poorly maintained, with clear signs of wear and tear. There were leakages in the room, resulting in wet floors and damp walls, which created discomfort and safety concerns. Cleanliness was also below expectations, with visible lizard droppings found on the floor and even on the sofa in the lobby. Additionally, the room ceiling was peeling, and dust from it was falling onto the bed. The room itself was very basic, and the condition of the furnishings, particularly the mirror with peeling black paint, further affected the overall experience. Significant improvements in maintenance, cleanliness, and upkeep are strongly needed.

Der utroligt var mange smøl dyr – særligt myrer, men også små firben. TV’erne fungerede meget ringe eller slet ikke. Der findes bedre hoteller til prisen.

• Nurul (9/5): Decent stay (right in front of fire station, a small junction with a signboard) - All facilities are working fine At night, the nearby area is quite dark. For a first time visitor, it's hard to find if your check-in time is at night
• SN Badari (5/5): Please Improve the Cleanliness - The location is near to Arau city. There is ground floor room for elderly people without hassle to climb stairs. Doubt they changes the bedsheet after previous people.The floor were dirty with stains.

There is one stall in front of the hotel which sells nice nasi kandar, Thai menu & etc. Cleanliness needs improvement. TV (youtube etc) not working the whole 4 days. The staff said bad internet connection. No fridge. A lot of ants in our room. There was one big lizard also. Katil berbunyi macam nak roboh. Door not sound proof.

• Alissa (9/5): The location of this place is very strategic. Close to Arau town. Easy to go find food. - Good facilities. Have iron and iron board outside room that can be use. Room so comfortable. Have toiletries such as teeth brush, small toothpaste, and soap. During my stay, the guests in the other room did not close the door slowly and softly. The sound of the door closing loudly was very frequent. It was quite disturbing for me and my family to rest. The incident happened at night time.

• Shafinah (6/5): Suitable for just coming here to sleep. - Family room had 2 queen size bed and one single bed. Enough to fit a family of 5 members. There are 2 toilets inside. The room has many beds, but it wasn't big enough if you want to stay in. It only had one small table that already had 5 mugs. So there was no other table to put our phone or make up. There was no proper hanging place, just two hooks. So we couldn't hang our clothes. Imagine having 5 people using the 2 small hooks. Housekeeping didn't sweep under the bed. So if you move even a slightly bit of your bed, you might find thrash or dust.
