- geogy (1/5): A nightmare stay at Coimbatore. - .there is almost nothing we like apart from the proximity to the airport. The dirtiest toilet we had ever set eyes on.
There was no wifi, no tv, no phone, no bath towels and no drinking water.
What is worst is that they demanded full payment before we were admitted inside. Had we seen the room, we would have immediately ran away from there, though we had paid ₹2000 as advance as they had insisted, even though the web site said pay only at hotel. I am attaching photos as evidence

Zero maintenance, bead spread and quilt are full of dirty and not washed and replaced regularly, foul smell in the room
Beds are without cushion
We three of us booked, where is around midnight i have moved to my car due to springs in the bed

Though it s close to the airport and the brand name is TULIPs, this is far below the Quality of expectation. Need to improve on the Cleanliness and the services part

Quick approach possible. Very unclean.
Catering timings are a problem as one guy needs to make and serve all.
Rooms have an odd odour inspite of ventillation as beds and bed linens contained stain which was not proper & neither clean.
The wash room was very dirty and smelly with old tap fittings stains all over that needs change.
Overall it was not a pleasant stay with ameneties like TV not working, no intercom facility or guide.

- Chandu (1/5): It was the worst experience - Pathetic and can't say anything good about this property The room was smelling bad when i checked in on 09th October, 2024 and the toilet was not at all cleaned and we had a terrible experience and checked out from property on 10th morning. The ambience and maintenance of the room was dreadful.

Bed was big. Not enough pillows.
Asked for prepayment and threatened to remove our booking if not paid. They asked to pay via gpay I said I am not an Indian citizen and to give us an alternative method of payment. Did not give us a credit option to pay. Luckily our cab driver from ooty cab services made the payment for us.

It's not good for family
- Anuradha (2/5): I wont recommend the property to others. - There was no breakfast , no kettle or even arrangement for tea. No bisleri provided!we had to walk 2 km to eat meals or tea. They told us to get food from swiggy or zomato. They had cancelled our reservation without informing us. They said they sent a mail to booking . Com. We reached property and the manager was argumentative! We got a room on their terms.. unpleasant stay The property is in residential complex they have to ensure tea or coffee for guests keeping a kettle . How do we eat meals? Why shld we order from zomato! The bucket and mug in washroom were having white layer of murk. The bed was creaky .

So my arrival time was 7 pm to 8 pm, but they cancelled my booking when I reached there at 6 pm, because they ask me that to pay 50 % of hotel charge within 11 am. Then what is the use of keeping your booking site. Same as above
. Because of this I stayed at UV residency in miserable condition by paying 1400. This is very bad fr traveller who had tkt by flight at 6 am coimbatore to bagdogra.

2)They wouldn’t allow you to enter your room unless you pay the entire amount.
3) They have just one staff for the entire property.
4)They were unwilling to issue any receipts and did not return the change
5)They don’t accept card.

- Krishnan (4/5): not a pleasant experiance. - Air Conditioning was working but not at all effective. Pillows were not comfortable. No food arrangements at the hotel except swiggy / Zomato service. No transportation since the location is walking is at walking distance from the airport.
Though geyser is provided in the bathroom it was not effectively heating up the water. Rooms need to be maintained cleaner.
