- Лазаренко (3/5): - Квартира має хороший потенціал і на фото виглядає привабливо, але, на жаль, стан житла в реальності розчарував. Прибирання могло би бути набагато якіснішим: кухня липка, у шафах та вітальні відчувається недоглянутість. Особливо потребує уваги ванна кімната — душова у поганому стані та з грибком. Було б чудово, якби господарі більше подбали про чистоту та невеликий ремонт, тоді проживання могло б бути комфортним.
- Tetiana (9/5): - Great location in city center, in old historical building! The property owner was very caring and helpful with all our questions and needs. Would be nice to improve kitchen equipment- glasses, cutlery, etc.; to have 2 bed quilts (instead of one double) - for each guest .

- Mariia (3/5): This place needs a deep cleaning and a new boiler and mattress - The location is really good. The apartment is dirty. It smells like cigarettes. You can feel the smell of cigarettes without even entering it, starting on the staircase. Bed is super uncomfortable and the mattress feels really old. The boiler is probably broken or something because it makes this horrible sounds like it’s about to explode every 10-15 minutes. I booked the apartment for 3 nights but couldn’t sleep there so moved out in a second day.
