La 11 fara 15 am început sa primim mesaje daca am facut check-out iar cand am ieșit erau deja doi bărbați chiar in usa...am menționat ca ieșim la 11 pentru ca nu aveam unde sa stam cu bagajele. Exista cafetiera dar seara cand am ajuns nu am avut nici o cafea sau un ceai,zahar😐

• Don Nimesha (10/5): - had a great stay at this apartment in the northern part of Bucharest. The area is quiet and convenient, and the apartment was clean and comfortable. The host was very helpful, they assisted me with directions and local tips, which made my stay much easier and more enjoyable..:) I would gladly stay here again!!! I have nothing to mention

• Thapa Magar (10/5): A great stay with a great host - I had a very pleasant stay. The location was oerfecr for me because it is veru close to Donna Medical Center(Aviatiei Area), which made getring to my appointments very easy. The apartment irself was clean, comfortable and well maintained. I liked the balcony and the fact that the building has an elevator which made everything more convenient. The view towards the inner courtyard of the complex was also nice and quite. Before arriving, i asked the host if it would be possible to leave a bit more hearinf the apartmenr cus I was coming from a medical appoitment and needed to stay warm. I really appreciated that the apartment was indeed warm when I arrived so my stay was made more confortable..:) i would happily stay here gain, thank youu!! As a small suggestion, it would be nice to have a bottle of water in the apartment upon arrival. Other than that, everything was great and I really enjoyed my stay.

• Andra (8/5): - Locatie ok, acces self checkin facil. Cladire noua, cu lift modern. Apartamentul curat In poze, apare o masa care in realitate nu exista. Exista o alta masa, f mica si nepractica. Din cand in cand, interfonul produce niste sunete. Banuiesc ca e accesat de vecini. E foarte suparator, deoarece se intampla si noaptea. De-a lungul sejurului am tot primit f multe mesaje lungi, automatede la gazde. Incercati sa sintetizati si sa reduceti nr.

• Stan (7/5): - A fost aproape de locatia unde aveam treaba Nu am putut sa fac check in-ul la ora indicata 15.00...nu era gata curatenia si dupa o ora am sunat eu sa intreb daca pot sa preiau apartamentul...ei uitasera sa ma anunte ca e gata. In interior un mediu auster ..iar noaptea e sunat interfonul de vreo 10 ori si nu m-am putut odihnit. Dimineata am primit mesaj sa fac chech out-ul cel tarziu la ora 11....in conditiile in care eu am primit apartam cu intarziere de o ora si ceva si asta ot ca am insistat eu. Am eliberat devreme dar....nu voi mai reveni...raport pret calitate 👎

• Viktoria (10/5): Practical and comfortable. - The location is perfect: easy to get to the subway 10 minutes, two big supermarkets. Coffee shops are just a walk away. There are two entrances. The back one has no stairs- easy to handle the suitcases. For longer stay - the garbage disposal area is a bit of a walk away.

• Viktor (2/5): Be CAREFUL with Venue Policy before you BOOK. If you care for Your personal DATA, find another place - Facility was amazing, fully matching to the pictures and expectations. The Host and communication with him is the WORST part. They FORCE you to send ID card via EMAIL, otherwise they will not give you the KEY. THIS is ILLIGAL following the GDPR process following they WAY how they implemented it. Read really CAREFULLY venue rules, because THEY will FORCE you to Follow THEIR RULES, not the World accepted rules. They don't accept to give your money BACK in case if you don't provide your ID card copy via email and they DONT accept to send them data from ID card and come on place to verify it.

Hygiene nop .. the bathroom was dirty and had a bad small all the time . The property doesn’t offer you nothing to drink ( no the’ , no coffe , no sugar ) … the pantry’s were were dirty indeed! We just had 2 rolls of toilet paper and that’s all

• Bogdan (7/5): Good price for the value, but I will not come again. - Location is acceptable, there are enough public parking places in front of the building, the building it’s new, the door locking mechanism is code-based and it’s functional. Even if the building is new, it’s poorly built. There is no asphalt in front of the building. Upon arrival, the host told us the apartment it’s not ready for checkin for one more additional hour, even if we established the checkin hour days in advance. It’s very unpleasant arriving from a different country with a small child and a pregnant wife and not been able to accommodate. The apartment was cleaned only superficial, but under the bed, tables, behind chairs and in many other places it was a lot of dust. The heating in the apartment is generated by 2 A/C. The green sofa in the living room it’s almost braking apart and it’s very uncomfortable. I don’t recommend using it. The kitchen is not fully equipped with all you need. There is a dishwasher machine and a laundry washing machine but there is no detergent provided. The bathroom has a bath tube, toilet seat, a sink and a mirror. That’s it. There is not a single closet or furniture. It’s clearly visible that the apartment was minimally equipped to be rented for good profit. Hopefully they will fix the inconveniences in the future and this review will be obsolete.
• Abraham (3/5): very disapoiting property. - we stayed for 8 nughts in the property, during which the host didnt contact us even once. there wa no cleaning during our stay. we had to buy every thing from tuelat paper to garbege saks. the sofa was broken, the hot water shower was running slow.
• Raluca (7/5): It was an OK accomodation for a night - Clean. It has a shop nearby, places to grab a coffee. You can park your car nearby. Wifi available. Extremely thin walls, you can hear everything going on in the neighbours’ apartments. We have an 1 year old and we had to whisper in the living room so he wouldn’t hear us in the bedroom after putting him to sleep. When we arrived there was water on the bathroom floor, we had to clean it ourselves. The landlord was told about the problem, but given the fact that it was already late, we agreed he’ll see to it the next day. The bathtub stopper was stuck, so we couldn’t get the water out of the bathtub. The bed and pillows were not very comfortable. No microwave.

• Lucian (8/5): Great value for money - Location, easy access using just a code. The staff who manages the property was extremely helpful. When we arrived there was a “heavy” cigarette smell… we opened all windows and “fixed” the issue in no time :)
