• ShinyiScribbles (6/5): Good For The Night - I wished people who rent homestay treated the place as their own instead of "trashing" it just because one paid for it. The furniture & fixtures have seen good times - wear & tear was obvious. As I wasn't sure how many years since the homestay started, it's rather sad to have a wood poking sofa, gate handle destroyed and many more loose items in the property. For the price per night, I doubt it would cover regular upgrades & maintenance.

• Alvin (7/5): The Desaru homestay experience - Actually I like the location of it. It was secured by the security quite safely, and the distance between the homestay and the beach such as tanjung balau is not that far, only taking a few minutes like 10 minutes. I don't like the Wifi in the homestay, which I can't connect on the first few hours once I check in, and the Wifi is unable to connect on the second floor. Next is the sofa,which is very uncomfortable to sit, it was so hard. The last unlikeable is the water dispenser, which is not functioning well.

• Aylwin (10/5): Loved our stay here! - Everything was great, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property was clean and the furnishings were excellent. The location is just wonderful for anybody who wants to visit Tanjung Balau and Desaru in general. Fridge was funky and will benefit from deodorization. Couch is not comfortable.

• Chee (4/5): Disappointing - Accessible location. No toilet amenities except toilet rolls. Lack of rubbish bags and rubbish bin is small. Curtains with gaps not covering the whole windows. Fridge with accumulated ice not properly defrosted leads to water leaks. Lack of facilities.

• Joana (5/5): Passable - - The location is very close to Tanjung Balau, but 15 minutes driving distance to Desaru Beach. - There is security and we feel safe - Its a double storey house so could accomodate more people. - Overall 3/5, based on the price and house condition - Pls improve the cleanliness!!! There's so much of dust in every corner, even inside the cupboard. Luckily the floor is clean. - There is no hanger, shampoo provided in the house. - The airconds work well, but required more time to cool down the entire houses. - I would consider the sofa as broken. I could feel the wood structure underneath the leather when I sat on it. There's literally no cushion.

• Tey (10/5): Nice place, nice host - The environment is very nice and comfortable, and very suitable for a friends gathering trip. The host is very nice and replies very quickly. Honestly, nothing is bad.
