• inawe (10/5): Ideal for a short stay - Usha, the host is very nice and an excellent cook. Shr made us feel very much at home Wish the room had a good view of the mountain valley
• Binoy (4/5): Average stay with a decent location, but overall comfort & value for money did not meet expectations - While the location is decent, I personally felt the property did not offer good value for the amount charged. We noticed monkeys near the balcony once or twice during our stay, which made us a bit cautious, especially while staying with children. At night, we had to keep all the doors closed, which made the room feel somewhat suffocating. Additionally, the fans consistently made noise, which disturbed our comfort and sleep. These are things the housekeeping or maintenance team should ideally inspect before guests arrive. Unfortunately, my children also did not enjoy the stay much, and overall the experience did not fully meet our expectations. Considering the price, there are better options in Kotagiri that offer a more relaxing atmosphere, better comfort, and a more enjoyable holiday vibe.

• Sequeira (10/5): Overall comfortable and pleasant experience. - We had a fantastic experience at Silver Spruce. The host was amiable and the breakfast was delicious. The room is spacious. The view is superb. Food can't be enjoyed outdoors due to the monkeys.The monkeys keep littering on the terrace. Windows can't be kept open at all.Some net or anti monkey spikes could be put on the terrace so that monkeys don't pass through or enter the terrace and rooms.

Beautiful views, lovely weather and very low-key, perfect for a stay-cation! Also special mention to their food, it was home cooked and very delicious. Not much! Enjoyed the stay well

• Preethi (10/5): The perfect getaway for relaxation - Had a wonderful day in the property. It is very well maintained, with large room with ample car parking area and it also had a large balcony where we had a mountain view Food was remarkable, we had to place order in advance as they prepared everything fresh. Services were quick too. It was a very relaxing stay

It was so serene, there's also a tea garden below the compound, we went for a walk and enjoyed it. Room was spacious and clean. • Ritobroto (9/5): Excellent - This is a lovely property, located not too far away from main town but also beautifully amidst hills and tea gardens. The view from balcony and just to hang out there was amazing. Amrith the host was very helpful and always super responsive. Made our stay very comfortable. Facilities were all top notch and the food lovely. The price was steep for the kind of accommodation and location.

• George (8/5): Great place with a misleading description - The location is very good. Well maintained and clean. Best for bachelors I booked this place expecting a proper 1 BHK setup, but unfortunately, the description is quite misleading. The so-called "hall" and "kitchen" are actually the same cramped space with no provision for a bed or even enough room to sleep. I came along with a couple, planning to use the hall for myself, but there was no space at all, leaving me with no choice but to share the same room with them—something I would have never agreed to had the listing been honest. The lack of transparency in the description was really frustrating, and it completely ruined our comfort and privacy.

Beautiful property with amazing views and spacious rooms. We were served home-cooked food, which was good. If there were a few more options, that would be great.

It’s like home away from home feeling. The staffs are nice and friendly. The garden is great with sitting area. Keep it up. Nothing.

There were minor things that we noticed. The fans weren't clean and dust was accumulated on it. Before check-in the toiletries and condiments weren't checked and we had to ask for each thing as we noticed it wasn't there, which then was promptly provided. Also, the approach is a little difficult to find specially in the night time.

It was very uncomfortable using the broken faucet. The fan was very dirty and when it was witched in the dust would fall in the bed. The quantity of tea/coffee served must be better. Half a cup of coffee per person is what we got.

Host’s parents are present in the location and aren’t very hospitable. Can definitely improve their hospitality for the money. We requested for cleaning the room during our stay and wasn’t done.

Narrow steps to reach the room. The way to the property is quite narrow. Concrete or thar road would have been idle.

• Dechamma (10/5): Great Location and pleasant staff - We had such an amazing time here. Mesmerizing view with lovely service.... It has direct mountain views from the bedroom and the entire place is fully covered with large windows and we enjoyed the large balcony. weather in Kotagiri was excellent too. Food was very tasty and of the highest quality. Room service was quick and they are very friendly. My kids really loved the place a lot
