• Reinhard (10/5): Es war perfekt, und das zu einem wirklich günstigen Preis. - Der Aufenthalt war ganz einfach perfekt: Das Zimmer ist geräuming und hat alles, was ich gebraucht habe. Vor allem möchte ich aber Joseph (= Besitzer) und sein Team hervorheben. So freundlich, entgegenkommend (late check-out wegen des Flugs am späten Nachmittag war absolut kein Problem) und super-hilfsbereit: z.B. hat Joseph eine Taxi-Sightseeing Tour nach meinen Wünschen (angereichert mit seinen Tipps) organisiert und dabei einen Preis vereinbart, der weit unter dem Preis auf dem "freien Mark" gelegen ist. Außerdem hat das Restaurant mit ausgezeichneter lokaler Küche geglänzt. Den ca. 5-minütigen Weg zum Strand nimmt man gerne in Kauf.
• SUZETTE (9/5): - A lovely quiet spot close to the beach. The room was new n well appointed. Highly recommended for a quiet getaway in Goa.
• Wittmann (3/5): - it was nice to be in walking distance to a calm beautiful beach. in my opinion the room was totally overpriced. the room was a wooden hood and really dark, so we did not want to spend much time indoors. next to the accommodation there was a building site. we did not feel like staying in the woods at all.

• Haizea (10/5): Nice stay - We had a short stay in woods but we were very happy to find this place and sleep in a comfortable bed. The cottage was new and clean and had everything we needed. The owner Bareto was super welcoming and help as so much to feel like home. It is a very nice and quiet area, even for being next to the airport. Has just few rooms which make it more cosy and familiar. Walking distance to the beach. Very much recommended :)

Overall Experience My stay at Stay in the Woods was wonderful, thanks to Joseph's hospitality and the serene surroundings. The proximity to the beach, delicious food, and convenient services made it an ideal choice for a relaxing getaway. I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a peaceful and rejuvenating experience. 1. Limited amenities: Compared to other popular beaches in Goa, Bogmalo Beach has limited amenities like food stalls and restrooms. 2. Not ideal for swimming: The beach has strong currents and rocky areas, making it less suitable for swimming.

• Maroof (9/5): Superb - Nice place and amazing hosts! The corners of the bed are too sharp. Please get them rounded. My knee still hurts after I banged into it. :D
• Shivam (10/5): Superb stay - The property is just 5 minutes walking from the Bogmallo beach. Nicely maintained. The highlight of this property is the host, they are very nice and caring. They will make sure you don’t face any issue in your trip. Highly recommended.
• Uli (6/5): Was quite impossible to find sleep because you'll hear every noise from neighbors - Very helpful and friendly owner Walls between the rooms are so thin that you hear every word and movement, including washroom notices in clear perfection. Very hard to fiend sleep !! Restricted air-conditioned usage.

• Upadhyay (10/5): Awesome location.. totally VFM - Very close to Bogmalo Beach. Owner is super helpful. He even offered to drop me until the airport. All in all, excellent value for money.

I met the most friendly host and experienced a wonderful stay in woods with beautiful greens around. Being a dog lover I also enjoyed the company of their 3 lovely pets. In my 2 days stay we became no less than family to each other ❤️.
• Agarwal (10/5): The best stay in south goa - This stay is run bi a family who resides there only, the room is exceptionally clean with all the perfect facilities, Mr Joseph is the owner who personally took care of me, they also helped me to commute to nearby places n while leaving they made sure I catch my bus on time, a big thankyou to the entire family for such amazing experince and making my stay absolutely wonderfull There was nothing at all to dislike
