- Renad (7/5): - النظافة والمرافق جديده ونظيفه جدًا الافطار كان متنوع ولذيذ. الفندق جيد بشكل عام، لكن لدي بعض الملاحظات. طلبت مفارش إضافية لطفلي وتم إبلاغي بأنها غير متوفرة حالياً وأن عليّ طلبها في اليوم التالي، وهو أمر أزعجني بعض الشيء ، موقع الفندق ليس الأفضل، والمنطقة المحيطة به تبدو قديمة نوعاً ما. بشكل عام كانت الإقامة جيده، لكنني لا أعتقد أنني سأكرر التجربة مرة أخرى.

Réactivité du personnel quand j'ai demandé le changement de ma chambre dû à un problème de mauvaise odeur dans la douche. Petit déjeuner très correct . Ambiance propre dans l'hôtel. Prix un peu cher quand même. Lit 1 personne vraiment petit . Pas large du tout.

- Guest (7/5): Hope to be more helpful - The team in ketchen are very nice . Helpful.the team of cleaning as well as the team of labuer all are exellent . The reciption staff are not smiling even not helpful , they talked strictly . And behave in strange way with customers , I will not come agian nor recommend this hotel to any one unless they changed thier policy to filxiblity and helpful .
