• Christian (5/5): Einfache Unterkunft mit reichlich Ausstattung, aber ohne Wohlfühlfaktor. Freie Parkplätze in diesem Stadtteil nicht zu f - Wenn man mit sechs Personen bucht, ist es eine günstige Unterkunft. Entfernung zur Innenstadt passt zur Beschreibung. Die freien Parkplätze vor der Tür ist ein Witz. In den anderthalb Tagen haben wir nicht einen freien Platz im Umkreis von 1 km gefunden. Alles ist völlig zugeparkt und zudem Stoßstange an Stoßstange. Zu keiner Uhrzeit war es möglich das Auto irgendwo abzustellen. Somit haben wir noch einmal richtig Parkgebühren bezahlt, was dann letztendlich die Unterkunft wieder teuer gemacht hat. Parkplätze vorhanden, muss aus der Beschreibung unbedingt gelöscht werden. Die Betten sind super einfach und wer ein bisschen Rückenprobleme hat, wird mit diesen Betten nicht glücklich. Unterkunft hat kaum Fenster. Die Dusche brauchte mal eine Grundreinigung.

• Gabriele (8/5): Appartamento con prezzo corrisposto a quello che offre, tutto il necessario presente - Servizi tutti presenti, cucina, phon, lavatrice, asciugamani. Acqua calda sempre presente La puzza di cloro dell'acqua, ma ci si fa l'abitudine l'acqua è uguale in tutta la città

• Alessia (8/5): - appartamento spazioso e ottimo per 8 persone, il quartiere tranquillo e con molti bar vicini, l’assistenza disponibile. La posizione non era centralissima, per arrivare in centro a piedi ci volevano più o meno una ventina di minuti. La pulizia si potrebbe migliorare e in casa il phon non funzionava bene e nemmeno il condizionatore. L’acqua calda dopo un po non c’era più e si deve aspettare un bel po che si riscaldi.

Il fatto che non ha finestre vere ma finestre finte con una luce interna che se accesa sembra giorno. Ed il fatto che si dica che è vicino al centro quando di centrale non ha nulla. Bisogna prendere la metro che è vicina all appartamento ma bisogna cmq prenderla e la zona è una zona di periferia. Non mi dà adatta ad una famiglia.

• Instalaciones Electricas Jose Lucas Hernandez (6/5): DECEPCIÓN POR NO ACEPTAR UN CAMBIO DE FECHAS UN DIA DE DANA - Realizamos una reserva con fechas desde el lunes 29 de septiembre al jueves 2 de octubre para un viaje de trabajo. La noche del domingo previo al viaje, la Comunidad Valenciana decretó alerta roja por previsión de posible "DANA" para todo el día del lunes 29. Intenté realizar una modificación en las fechas para entrar el martes 30, puesto que después de la Dana vivida el año anterior, nos parecía una imprudencia poner en carretera a nuestros operarios y que pudiera ocurrir alguna desgracia. La respuesta del alojamiento fue rechazar el cambio de fechas, porque según indicaban, su zona estaba bien. Estupenda la humanidad que demostraron hacia nosotros, que prefirieron no perder el importe de una noche, a cambio de que unos trabajadores pudieran jugársela en la carretera. Obvio que perdimos el dinero de la primera noche, porque nosotros preferimos la seguridad ante todo, y viajar a Valencia al día siguiente asegurando que no había riesgo. Entendemos que a nadie le gustaría verse ante esa situación, ni por trabajo, ni por ocio. Espero que los responsables del alojamiento no tengan que vivir en primera persona una situación así.

• Inge (7/5): Praktische functionele locatie - Goeie locatie vlakbij de metro Qua faciliteiten wel alles aanwezig De lakens/dekens op de bedden zijn te klein, lijken eerder 1-persoonslakens die op dubbele bedden gebruikt worden. Maar lijkt me iets dat makkelijk aangepast kan worden. Niet heel gezellig, een beetje kil.

• susana (7/5): - tiene buena relación precio calidad, es amplio. el barrio está bien, hay que caminar bastante para llegar a los lugares más turisticos no me gustó que fuera una puerta a la calle tipo local comercial. y que una de las habitaciones no tuviera privacidad, división por medio de unas maderas

• Alberto (10/5): Plesant stay - Our experience at this apartment was positive overall. While it's not located in the heart of Valencia, the metro station is nearby, making getting around quite convenient. Plus, having a supermarket right across the street was a huge bonus. The customer support was exceptional, even before our arrival. They responded quickly, including late at night. Unfortunately, we had a minor electrical issue, but they were on it right away, despite it being 10 PM. Our group of 15 was divided into two apartments, and the keyless entry system was a real convenience, allowing everyone to come and go independently. While there was only one bathroom in each apartment, which could get busy with 8 people (though we were aware of this beforehand), the apartments were generally well-equipped. A dishwasher and a toaster would be nice additions, but otherwise, we had everything we needed. The apartments only have windows on one side, but this didn't cause any issues as they were still well-ventilated.

Avoid unless chlorine stink is what you can sleep with. - Terrible property and family couldn’t stay over and had to abandon this property soon after check-in due to chlorine smell/outdoor all over the place. 1 window and door at 80m2 property not enough to vent this terrible smell. Property follows strict rules about cancellations and refunds not in customers favor. Therefore, no resolutions were reached even with booking.com assistance. No proper follow up with and all this chlorine issue ‘swept under carpet’ as normality. Not sure how this even aloud on this platform. Personally, looks that booking.com has no rights here too and does not care about the customers, who should go before greedy landlord. Therefore, 0 rating is given to this property and not sorry to do so.
• Sergiy (10/5): Exceptional - Spacious apartment. The apartment has everything you need, very clean. Simple registration system. It's a 10-minute walk to the center, a quiet area, a supermarket across the road, easy to find parking on the street. I recommend I have nothing to say, everything is fine
