• Mindaugas (1/5): Avoid. Creepy place. - Cheap stay. Nothing special. Creepiest property I stayed in. Stayed couple of times there, until I noticed that they have secret cameras in the rooms which is completely illegal. They are masked like security sensors in the corners of the rooms. Be aware not sure what they do with footage.

• Patricia (3/5): Not recomended - Location Parking -No one was at the check in, -3 different numbers and then someone replied -Double bed was terrible me and my husband end up having to sleep in the single bed’s - people ware smoking ilegal substancies and we could smell it from our room - the toilet was always dirty but there was a incident that everything was wet and extremely dirty dangerous! - It says provides internet ( but none provided) I actually text one of the numbers and the gentleman said he is on it clearly not, also no update from him about it. Overall I didnt know what to expect and we tried it but we are not coming back

• Mark (7/5): We would use Helen's hotel again it was great for a big group booking and met our needs perfectly. - Great location for Wembley and 8 minute walk to the tube. Big rooms, easy access, fine for a one night stop, staff very friendly clean bedding, rooms etc, all you need for an over night. Beds and decoration could do with a bit of tlc but for an over night budget hotel you cannot complain.

Тепло в кімнаті , зручне заселення, парковка авто безоплатна, привітний персонал і швидко виходять на зв’язок! Не зовсім зручно окрема спільна ванна кімната і туалет, але їх декілька у готелі, для короткого перебування все ок.

• Whittaker (1/5): I WON'T BE BACK TO DIRTY HOTEL - Location is good There was hairs on the towels and tissues on the floor and also sticky stuff on the floor like spilt liquid, also the bin had rubbish in and the cups to drink out of was dirty, to top it off the cold and hot tar are the wrong way round, not good when you have kids, not the room I booked online it was a different one, not good but the kids where happy with there soft bed, not so much for mine, I know it's not the rits but it's not hard to clean

• Laure (8/5): Bon rapport qualité prix - Chambre équipée avec lavabo, micro onde, frigo et bouilloire. Arrivée autonome très pratique. J’ai choisi cet établissement car il était proche du point d’intérêt qui m’amenait à Londres. Pour un établissement à environ 60€ la nuit, rien à redire. Un peu juste en chauffage.

Couldn't get any cold water in the shower so nearly scorched myself as very hot water. People in next room being very noisy at 5am when they came back drunk and arguing among themselves.

• Lisa (2/5): Wouldn’t stay again - Closer than ridiculously enhanced prices on close accommodation for events. It was outdated, old fashioned, don’t believe met fire and safety regulations. Dirty driveway - eaten food and sanitary products in plant pots, dirty outside windows, deco, overflowing bins. Shared bathroom disgusting, ants, flys and no way possible could you have bathed/showered. We did a must have wee but if it hadn’t been for an event and 1 night and alternative pricing £1400 because of that nearby wouldn’t have stayed. Bedding was clean though have to say but didn’t dare look at mattress / duvet state otherwise would have maybe slept in car.
• Terry (8/5): Exactly what we needed, not too far from Wembley and reasonably priced. - Location great for Wembley Stadium, decent nights sleep no complaints. Don’t expect 5 star and you won’t be disappointed, lovely lady was very helpful as it was booked last minute and the price was reasonable. We walked back to the hotel after the Boxing at Wembley (so around 11pm) with no issues, took approx 40 minutes Decor is a bit dated, no Air Con or TV in the room and was a shared bathroom down some stairs.
• Gemma (2/5): Very basic but within reasonable distance to Wembley - Within 50 min walk to Wembley, just as well as buses were extremely delayed Most reviews said rooms were clean, definitely not what I would say is clean. Bedding and towels were clean, divan bed bases were dirty, floor was dusty and unclean if not on main walk way. Rooms smelt of smoke. Window locks broken, on a ground floor room with my pre teen daughter so a little uneasy. Curtains were dirty and didn't close, not great when trying ro change a night and on rhe main road. Very noisy, door banging loudly and traffic noise with single glazing. Shared bathrooms was not really a problem, as knew on booking but bathrooms but these were in a lot of need of attention, broken loo seat, wet floors after someone's showered as no shower curtain. No bath mats or loo roll in one of the bathrooms. Very basic.

• Saba (10/5): It was perfect location, very near to central london - It had own parking, property was clean, beds were comfortable. Furniture was quite very old, beds were making noise. Shared bathroom wasn’t good idea at all.
• Laura (9/5): Clean, convenient place with free parking, near a tube station & just outside central London. Great! - Bedroom, bathroom and communal areas were all immaculate. Parking was easy and free and the owner was very flexible with us leaving our car for a bit after check out, which was appreciated. Pavel, the staff member who checked is in, was friendly and professional and obviously worked hard to keep the place looking good. He was always busy when we saw him but always made time to greet us and ask if we were enjoying our stay. Location was excellent, just a five minute or so fast walk to the nearest tube station. It felt safe, and we were happy enough to be there with our young children, even when we returned late at night. The bathroom was clean and there was plenty of soap and toilet paper. The beds were comfortable, pillows soft and the bedding was good quality and clean. The room was very warm, even when outside it was sub-zero. We had a very comfortable night. We heard other guests arriving late, but not everyone is as considerate as we would try to be, and not everyone keep their children quiet or hushes their own voices when in their rooms and up late. This isn't the fault of the hotel owner or workers, though. Some people just don't have good manners, but you get that everywhere. We didn't have to share our bathroom and don't think there was anyone else staying on our floor. We would definitely stay here again when visiting London and can recommend without hesitation. It fitted our needs perfectly, and the price was excellent. The only thing that could be improved is that only teabags are provided for drinks. Coffee and milk would be great, especially when sharing a room with children it is much needed! We bought our own but could have done with knowing we needed to beforehand.

Vi fik ikke det værelse vi havde bestilt, og personalet prøvede at give os et langt mindre værelse end vi havde bestilt. Huset var i meget dårlig stand, gardinerne blafrede selvom vinduerne var lukket. Der lugtede på hotellet. Området var farligt og der lugtede af hash over alt.

Beds clean and towels provided. Fridge, microwave, kettle and acces to sink in a room very handy. Bins emptied daily. Outdated, windows mouldy, some beds sink in. Very noisy, walls so thin you can hear neighbours in all hours of night. Lack of wardrobe or hangers in room, no where to unpack clothes.

• David (8/5): Leuk verblijf voor een citytrip! - 10 min lopen van het station waar je de overground en underground kan pakken. Het personeel was perfect zowel via de app als telefonisch. Konden onze koffers achterlaten, 1 van de kamers was al klaar dus konden daar gelukkig onze spullen al kwijt om vervolgens de rest van de dag het centrum in te gaan.

Bad smell, disorganised staff, the photos look nothing like the property, I would never stay here again, it’s not Evan a 1 star hotel. The proper is dated and in need of work. So many issues, broken window handles, bad smell, dis organised staff, they gave me the wrong key so I was locked out of the hotel for 15min upon returning after my evening out. I was given the wrong room, I booked a quiet room in the top floor with 2 single beds and a bathroom next to it. when I arrived they gave me a slim small room on the middle floor with 2 bunk beds inside, a bad smell, broken window handles, next door to rude guests who kept me away to 2am making loud noises. The hotel is in a bad state. Slim walls so you can hear other guests and the guests above.

El edificio estaba fatal, nada que ver con las fotos el suelo con una moqueta que olía a humedad, los baños con suelos hundido que parecía que se caía, las duchas con cal se mucho tiempo...y telarañas en los techos, nada de insonorización los de al lado llegaron a las 2 de la mañana y nos despertaron a todos, la única comunicación allí con la propiedad fue un WhatsApp con las claves para las llaves, el entorno algo raro casas cerradas y pueblo algo abandonado por no hablar del camino por una acera llena de destrozos " ideal para maletas"

• Maria (8/5): Buena ubicación cerca de autobuses y metro - La ubicación era muy buena. La casa estaba caliente y estaba muy limpia. Nos hicieron la habitación todos los días. Teníamos té y azúcar en la habitación. Lugar muy silencioso. Tuvimos un problema con la calefacción pero Pabel fue muy amable y lo resolvió muy rápido. Las instalaciones estaban antiguas. Aunque mantenidas, pero antiguas y algo mejorables.
