• Muhammed Recai (7/5): affordable stay - I liked this place for three reasons: convenient location, convenient parking, and price. The room has a microwave, a small fridge, and a small TV. But otherwise, don't keep your expectations high. For this price, I appreciate the business of the owner. It was not very clean; the bathroom, especially, was probably cleaned quite some time ago. The room gets so much noise, you can hear everything from the next room. It is not good when someone starts to talk at 11 pm, right when you go to bed and try to sleep.

Convenience stores, coffee shop, gas station, restaurants, bars all walking distance. Towels provided. Smoking area located in big backyard w/ table and chairs. Luke is cool, helpful and great with communication. Thanks!

• Joffrey (3/5): Much too expensive for the service - Just three things : the host was nice, the emplacement of the house was good and the cleanliness was ok. Firstly there was no photo of our room on the ad. One of the walls of our bedroom was open to the living room, and we could hear the other tenants walking and talking as if we were next to them so there was no privacy. Access to the bathroom is dilapidated (see photos). Air conditioning and heating are small kits placed on the floor, like toys. The mattress was hard, the only two small pillows we had smelled strongly of bleach, and the comforter could have been given to a homeless person. The TV screen was also a joke, it must be 15 inches. We paid 85 dollars for one night but i think its not more worth than 40.

• Kevin (4/5): Disappointing - Friendly host. For 2 nights with taxes and fees it was $122.00 I could have stayed at a hotel. The shower/was not cleaned between uses, and the guy before me left it filthy. There wasn't a headboard on the be, and a old hot water/steam radiator, that was approximately 2 and a half feet tall, 3 feet wide, between the head of the bed and wall, causing my pillows to constantly fall off the bed onto the floor. That made it virtually impossible to get any sleep.

• Anonymous (10/5): great stay.. Host is superb! Definitely my main place to stay! - very conveniently located and close walking distance to college, stores, restaurants,laundromat,bank,and bus line. You do not need a car to get to the essential things that you need. Safe quiet street, and pleasant family - type neighborhood with a thriving area close by, so as to not feel secluded and away from the mainstream. Large mall is just a bus ride up the road. Downtown area is also just a simple bus ride away. Convienently located to major highway. There is nothing I didn’t like. Host Luke is pleasant and unassuming. He works from home in the main living room, which is absolutely fine for me because my room is large enough to meet my needs and gives me privacy and he also has his. But other guests may want to know that if they plan on using the living area… I’m sure Luke would accommodate if asked.
