• Bongani (9/5): - The second time we went there, the room we got had cigarette scene otherwise apart from that the place is perfect.
• Espach (1/5): - The staff was friendly. To begin with we called the property beforehand to make sure it was pet friendly, then they put us in a room upstairs with our dogs, as nothings we're pet friendly, there were no plates or forks and knife to eat with in the room, except a kettle with cups and glasses, half a roll of toilet paper, the shower door was missing! They will never see us again.

• Phili (4/5): It’s not pleasant - Staff makes you feel like they are doing a favour to have you at the premises, no interest in guest and to show around. Bed very uncomfortable, noisy. 1 set of towels. Bathtub doesn’t keep water, show door has one side missing, no table, TV not working.
• Jayshree (1/5): - Everything simply because even though I had booked and paid well in advance when I got to the property they advised they fully booked and turned myself and guest away.... We never got to stay.i am still awaiting my refund to date. Also the pics of the place is very deceiving.

• Sonja (5/5): Good but could've been better - The location of the property was good - within 10 minutes from all major shopping centers. No Wifi or Wifi was only given to certain tenants. The front porch is a safety hazard specially when it is raining. You could use the kitchen for cooking etc but not much to cook with in the line of utensils. And the host is slow to respond to messages

• Sonja (8/5): Okay - Overall the property is good. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The owner however is a different story. Normally if you book the owner contact you with a check in time etc - this one - nothing. I phoned her - did not answer. I texted her during my stay to extend my visit - no reply. Only when I booked via the app for an extra night - she replied to my message. The cupboard in the room I were staying in had a mould like smell. Also the entrance at the back is slippery when it is raining and the step is a bit high specially if you are on crutches.
• Prins (4/5): Could have been better - It was certainly a comfy room and I appreciated the privacy and tranquility in the atmosphere created by the little balcony. Literally like a little bubble away from reality.. I honestly can't say anything negative or point out anything really wrong, apart from the bathtub losing water. However, value for money? I don't think it lived up to well to the expectation based on the description and rates.

When I inquired about it, I was advised to use the heater, which also did not work. Additionally, the staff was unfriendly, and the provided telephone number consistently went straight to voicemail.
• Kwandile (2/5): I had a very bad experience not to be repeated. - Location was perfect Water leaks at passages, pigeons making noise and dirt. my car was knocked by the faulty gate and owner refused payment for compensation. Establishment totally different from what is advertised on internet, people are being misled, and it is advertised as a hotel, yet it is just a guest house.

• Zikhona (5/5): Passable - The room was clean and the host, Michelle is friendly. There was no WIFI connection. Clients had to complain about it in order to receive wifi on the 2nd day of three. Toilet paper was out, we had to wait for the next to use the toilet. There is no aircon. There is no airfreshner at the toilet.

• Anne-marie (8/5): A nice stay other than all the above - Bedrooms and entrance/ dinning area very good Kitchen very enlintary re apliances but Ok The inside was all very good re comfort but, Kettle /oven /TV not working, and bits maintenance needed in headboard lamp shades/ towels rails falling apart. Worst was the outside staff buildings with broken doors and CARDBOARD PATCHING MISSING GLASS ! Plant contains/ wooden screens /gutters falling apart and paint on wooden work needed. A big downside from a beautiful interior of the residence

• Robyn (1/5): Bad - Staff firstly were so friendly.... Room was infested from bathroom all the way through the room.. Staff was called but they had nothing to kill ants on hand... Bathroom was disgusting old torn bath towels.. Blocked shower.. Ants everywhere.... The tv was not even connected we had to connect it ourselves and plug everything in.. Waited at gate over 25 minutes before we were let in... No attention at all is given to guests.. Don't recommend and definitely won't be going back again

Wooden front / kitchen doors need painting The place looks neglected from outside

• Janice (1/5): Disgusting - When we got to the accommodation it was over booked. Waited for owner to call staff who were most helpful for over two hours at which stage we were looking for alternative accommodation. We found accommodation and were just about to leave when she made contact. She said she would pay for it. This all after getting in from a flight from Canada. A disgrace and her staff were so helpful and trying to help. Not their responsibility

Despite having and paid for 3 rooms, when I got to the place, I was told that 1 room was booked for me and that that facility could not accommodate us as they had just repainted the room. I was moved to another facility, my brother was placed in another one and when we returned to the booked facility to drop off my sister, they didn't accommodate her. We ended up sleeping in split guest houses. No refund was offered to me, despite the fact that it was their fault. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL. Will also post my experience on Facebook.
