• Rebecca (9/5): - Sehr unkomplizierter und netter Gastgeber. Alles sehr sauber. Ideal für eine Nacht, um dann mit der Fähre nach Korsika überzusetzen. Das Auto stand ebenfalls sicher eingeschlossen im Hof.

• Waltraud (10/5): Absolut empfehlenswert mit perfektem Gastgeber - Eine sehr schöne kleine Wohnung mit einem perfekten Gastgeber, der persönlich die Wohnung übergibt. Wir waren leider nur eine Nacht da bevor wir auf die Fähre gingen, hierfür ist die Wohnung ideal, mit einem abgesperrten Parkplatz. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht.

Am apreciat foarte mult curatenia si toate materialele de curatenie si vesela pusa la dispozitie. Un apartament foarte confortabil Este destul de departe de centru sau de plaja. Dar sunt mijloace de transport in comun. Ptr cei care vin cu masina este foarte bine. Este foarte sigur, au loc de parcare si foarte liniste.

Ottimo il rapporto qualità-prezzo Purtroppo l'assenza del condizionatore con il clima torrido di questi giorni si è fatto sentire. Nelle camere ci sono dei ventilatori a soffitto ma con le alte temperature non sempre riescono ad essere efficaci. Niente che non si possa risolvere in futuro insomma
• Pietro (9/5): - Non assegno il massimo dei voti solo perché il mio soggiorno è stato troppo breve per poter dare un giudizio completo. Tuttavia, posso dire che il proprietario è una persona squisita: gentilissimo, disponibile e attento alle esigenze degli ospiti. La casa era impeccabilmente pulita e curata in ogni dettaglio. All’arrivo ho trovato caffè, zucchero e una bottiglia d’acqua fresca già in frigo. Nei bagni erano presenti bagnoschiuma per uomini, donne e bambini, (un’attenzione che ho molto apprezzato) e vengono forniti asciugamani e asciugacapelli. Il posto auto interno è estremamente comodo. L’alloggio si trova all’interno di un bel residence, molto tranquillo. È leggermente decentrato rispetto al centro di Livorno, ma in soli 10 minuti di auto si raggiunge facilmente la città. Piccolo hint: se passate da Livorno andate assolutamente a mangiare da Gennarino. Casa molto calda, sebbene i ventilatori a soffitto aiutino abbastanza.

Very clean apartment, kitchen was well equipped, very nice host, a cold bottle of water in the fridge was a nice plus. We spent in the apartment only one night before our ferry to Corsica and it was a good choice.

• Maria (9/5): Very good quality for money! - The apartment is a typical Livorno-Tuscany apartment, where everything is there, everything is clean, everything is functioning (yet nothing is impressive). The hosts are very kind and able to wait for you even out of "working" hours (we arrived around 22h20 and they were happy to wait for us). The parking is secure. The ladies that were waiting for us only spoke Italian. This was not an issue, but it does take twice the time to communicate (although not much need to be said, everything was rather straightforward concerning the functioning of the house and the parking).

The equipment of the appartment was excellent - everything we needed for one night stay was on hand. Fabio is very friendly and explained all the needed information. And the breakfast at the cafeteria in the morning was great - we could even take it away as we rushed to the port at 7 am. We have nothing to complain about.
• Lucie (9/5): Superb - The place was clean, well equipped. Comfortable beds. Personal was very kind and helpful. There was no aircondition, just ventilator. If the weather is hotter it could be unconfortable.

• Claire (9/5): Great value for money - perfect for catching early ferry - The apartment is perfect for a family of four or two couples. Well equipped and squeaky clean in a calm residential area. It’s a 15 minute drive to the ferry port. The owner is very nice and accommodated our late check in and early check out and provides breakfast in a nearby bar. It’s excellent value for money. If we have to find one default it would be that we didn’t manage to connect to the wifi, problem with the password, but that wasn’t an issue for us, we actually forgot to mention it to the owner.
