Guest Reviews
- Kaleb (5/5): -
- Robert (9/5): - Smelled good. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. I have no complaints. Expensive for the area.
- Mindy (10/5): - Rooms where clean and staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good The elevator had two but only one was working and not so well
- Michelle (1/5): - The reservation was supposed to be july 17-19
- Emily (8/5): - The rooms were clean, the staff was pleasant, and we had no problems while we were there. Breakfast was disappointing. There wasn't a good selection of hot food and what there was was old.
- Sandra (7/5): - The room was clean and comfortable. This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel. This current stay and my last business trip. We went down to breakfast at 8 am and there was no food left.
- Chawntrell (1/5): -
- Cook (1/5): -
- Laurinda (3/5): - The bed was very comfortable Very, very dirty. No housekeeping, broken phone, stains and dust everywhere.
- IRYNA (9/5): -
- Michael (7/5): - Clean cozy comfy and polite staff The cable is messed up. They were here to fix it. But the storm we had last night., I'm sure had something to do with itđ
- Tracy (5/5): Good enough for a one night stay - Good location for the activities we had planned TV service wasnât available , no vending machines, next to nothing breakfast and very slow working elevator
- Theresa (3/5): Lousy. Bug infested - Okay Bugs in my Room
- Jeffery (9/5): -
- Megan (1/5): Awful. So bad I left after the first night. - Nothing Everything. Nothing worked. Room was dirty and was not even enough shampoo and conditioner for 1 person for the length of the stay let alone 2 of us. 1 trowel and 1 wash cloth for 4 days and 3 nights, really? Needs some repairs and remodeling and cleaning done. Breakfast needs improvement, mostly cold stuff and sugary items.
- Nicholas (3/5): - While checking was fast, the room wasn't actually cleaned & ready. In the 2nd room we had, the door wouldn't open to the room. Only people in the building it seemed. Need better communication between front desk & cleaning staff.
- Harold (1/5): Horrible - N/A Parking lot was icy and I fell busted head and hurt knee and shoulder
- Nicholas (1/5): - Room was supposedly ready, bedding on the ground, bedding throughout the entire 6th floor. Floor just felt dirty. Stated housekeeping left for the day.

- raines (3/5): The headboard fell off and I was charged for it - It was good The headboard fell off the wall and I was charged for it
- John (3/5): - The hotel was clean,an the breakfast wasn't bad, except there was no juice choices The tv in the room only half the channels came in the rest were frozen, the hotel was very run down with parts of ceiling paint falling off, had hard time getting ahold of front desk on more than 1 occasions
- Doug (5/5): Great price, sketchy area. - It looked like they were in an âupdatingâ process and it was needed here & there. Room was clean though! It didnât appear to be in the greatest area. A long, long walk from the elevator to my room and many, many available rooms along that floor. Holding of $100 deposit not great.

- Craig (4/5): -
- Laura (4/5): -
- William (6/5): -
- Brandi (1/5): Idk if Iâd waste my money again - That it was close to where I needed to be The staff were really horrible with allowing my husband to my room and then the next day did it again and didnât even know what room I was in
- Newsome (1/5): Terrible service, unprofessional, nasty room. - The location was great for Inkcarceration but the service and prices were terrible. They downgraded our room without telling us until we were there and signed the paper and didn't even offer a discount for it. Then we get to our room and the toilet has used toilet paper in it and doesn't work, the shower curtain was disgusting, the room curtain had a hole torn in it and the sun-blocking curtain doesn't have a rod where you're able to close it so the sun just beams in, and there was food in the freezer that had been there so long it was all covered in ice and you couldn't tell what it even was anymore.
- Ryan (2/5): I would consider staying here again if they donât give the suite I reserved to someone else. That being said, I would go - Location was close to the event I was attending. Shower was filthy and not cleaned well. Water pressure for both the sink and shower was god awful. Mattresses are very uncomfortable. I booked an actual suite with a kitchen and two separate bedrooms and was given just a two mattress room. I had booked my room 10 months in advance and was given that room because they could make more money on booking the room I had reserved.
- Catharsis304 (5/5): Affordable Price for travel on a budget - Close to our event Was there from Thursday to Monday and room was never cleaned. No microwave. No dark curtains to completely cover windows. Never got security deposit back even though all rules were followed.
- Deborah (1/5): Avoid at all cost - It looked like a transient hotel. We watched numerous drug deals, go down in the parking lot, and a lot of tricks being turned in the parking lot, not to mention the filth in the hotel itself. Very old and dated and lots of junkies running around inside and outside of the building. The town itself is really old and rundown and disgusting. Every single thing was horrible, and we will never go anywhere near this area again
- Aaron (6/5): Pleasant -

- Michael (1/5): Bad -
- Douglas (8/5): Very good - The location and cost was great
- Al (1/5): Bad -
- Aaron (8/5): Very good -
- Stacy (1/5): Open room policy - It was run down. We started in one room, went to use the restroom and the toilet was disgusting. We needed to change rooms because they do not have a cleaning crew on staff. Moved to our new room and there was someone elseâs luggage on the bed. So I had to get another room. The third rooms toilet was cleaner, but not clean. Since our options were limited we just dealt with it. We went to dinner and came back, our keys didnât work. Back down to the front desk to get them reprogrammed. About 30 minutes later, we heard the door unlock, someone was given keys to our room! We will never stay there again.
- Deondrae (6/5): Pleasant -
- Angela (4/5): Sufficed for a night on short notice to attend funeral but would not recommend. - Great location. Easy stroll to Carrousel District and Main St. Staff was amiable and kind. The property is very run-down and needs attention all around. Squeaky entry doors & elevator, marred wall paint, generally grimy. The room had nowhere to hang clothing and no place to hang wet towels. The repair/remodel on the room was unfinished. Breakfast was lacking, hardly any food and the buffet area very unclean. No hairdryer available upon request. Strange atmosphere.
- Matthew (1/5): Bad - They was working on the roof and making very loud noises at 7am.
- Sarah (10/5): Exceptional -
- Carver (8/5): Very good -
- Carver (8/5): Very good -
- Brianna (7/5): Good -
- Rose (1/5): Bad - This hotel was so bad that we checked out a day early even though we already paid for two nights just so we could stay in another hotel. The room was dirty and smelled disgusting. The bed was so uncomfortable, you could feel all of the springs. When I took a shower the water was leaking out from both the faucet and the shower head. Terrible experience
- Fannin (6/5): Pleasant -

- Egan (7/5): Good -
- Bray (6/5): Pleasant - Was conveniently located and the room was decent They changed internet in between our stay and never gave us a good remote to get on the TV the curtains you could not pull them s***
- Heckert (9/5): Superb - Everything N/A
- Daniel (8/5): good place to stay over night - not far from interstate places to eat close low water pressure
- Jennifer (9/5): Superb -
- Serena (1/5): Bad - Convenient to the location we needed to go to Had a hard time checking in. They didn't reserve the right room. Elevators were broke down. Had to walk up the steps to 5th floor. Electric went out in the middle of the night
- Alexander (2/5): Glad it was one night. - The room was dirty, I couldn't close the the blind, because it didn't have the ability. There were garbage bags in the hall, missing electrical covers, the drains were clogged and the bathroom fixtures pulling out of the walls. See above.
- Audrey (1/5): Worst Experience - Nothing. Worst experience ever. The only thing that was halfway decent was the front desk receptionist. Everything else horrible. The breakfast was Raisin Bran cereal with hard bread. We had to move our room because a/c wouldn't turn off. The new room had a bed that was broken. The tub was horrible. I didn't even step in it. Card was charged twice for the room due to 2nd shift not knowing first shift already charged it. Very unorganized! I will not be back, and do NOT recommend anyone to go there.
- Brian (1/5): With the above problem I had they said they couldnât fix it and I had to take it up with booking.com - Nice pretty bar that wasnât open I paid for a king suite and didnât get it, I got a queen regular room and was still charged for a king suite
- Burns (1/5): All I wanted was a quiet place to sleep for one night. I couldnât get that here - Good breakfast The old party that went on all night long I got no sleep
- Mohamed (10/5): Exceptional -
- Rev. (10/5): Great! - Good location
- William (7/5): Good -
- Angie (3/5): Location was great, but the hotel needs an update. - The location was awesome. Very walkable to may places. The bed was comfortable. The lobby was very smelly and the hotel is on the older side. The curtains smelled of mold but thank goodness the room itself didnât smell, only when you moved the curtain.
- Virginia (7/5): Good -
- Poggiali (8/5): Very good - Comfortable beds, quiet. Drain in shower was backed up
- Donald (4/5): They need to clean up the hotel and not rent rooms to the homeless by the week. - Breakfast was not very much. Didn't restock items as they ran out. Had to go eat breakfast later because there wasnt anything left by 8:00am. Two hours before closing. I didn't like that they rent rooms by the week and month to homeless people at a huge discount. One of the reasons the food is depleted by 8am. Everyone was packing there bookbags for food for the day.
- Silver (5/5): The experience was okay. The first room AC did not work but she moved us to another room within 15. - did not have breakfast due to fire alarm throughout the entire building. First room AC did not work.
- Erica (2/5): Terrible - Pretty much the only positive things I can think of are the staff was ok and our room wasn't broken into in the middle of the night and ransacked. Although that second one is probably because thieves would assume that anyone who could afford anything at all of value would be smart enough to stay elsewhere. There was blood on my sheets (on the corner, didn't notice it til morning)
On my sister's bed there was male bodily fluid on the headboard.
The bathroom was gross (especially the tub) the whole room and hotel felt like it was sloppily taken car of. As a former house keeper, I was not impressed. I would have been fired if I had those standards.
The fire alarm at 7:30 in the morning? Really??? On a sunday???
Way over priced. Advertised at 91$ a night. Ok cool. Then they tack on an extra 100 when I get there??? The stay was not worth it.
And the wifi is paid? Like yall are obviously cheating out on everything else why not that too?
Gotta say, I won't be back and I definitely would not recommend.
- David (5/5): Passable -
- Sandra (7/5): Good value for your money. - Was clean, but a bit outdated. Was very good for the price. Area was not very good, homeless shelter in the back of hotel. The fire alarm woke us up at 730am. It was pulled accidently by a guest, so it really wasnt the hotel's fault, but they couldn't find the key to shut it off so it rang for about 45 minutes. By the time that fiasco was over there was no breakfast left. This was around 8:15am.
- Shirley (4/5): Disappointing -
- Jeffrey (2/5): Now what we expected - Location Front desk staff spoke very poor English. Took them nearly 20 minutes to confirm my reservation. Asked for extra towels but they were never brought to our room. No bedding on sleeper sofaâŚ
- Nicole (7/5): Stay wasnât horrible. Booked a King room but got a double queen instead. Staff was pleasant. Breakfast was okay. - Property was fine. Beds werenât exactly comfortable but workable. N/a
- Nichol (4/5): Disappointing - It was right downtown so it was close The walls were dirty, the chair was dirty, it was hard to understand the receptionist, the smallest shampoo and conditioner ever, the room was dusty
- Kyriee (1/5): This hotel used to be pop rocks and Mansfield and now I don't think it's much better than the motel - It don't have hot breakfast of other than a waffle they took forever to come downstairs at 1:30 in the morning to meet me at front desk so I can check in my room checking in it's going to take about 20 to 25 minutes even if you book on a app when was nasty hair everywhere internet kept popping out couldn't even watch a movie Please need a good cleaning working as we took a shower the tub would not drain so our teeth was sitting in our dirty shower water as sweet try to take it clean shower said something up front desk and she was like oh okay they want a extra $100 deposit on top of your payment for your room stay it's not even worth it run fast
- William (6/5): Great staff. I hope someone invests in this hotel as it is so critical for Mansfield to have a nice hotel - Itâs a great location It needs some TLC. Tiles in room were stained.
- Stuart (4/5): With some modest improvements this facility would be worth more than we paid. - Breakfast was basically empty at 6:45 am Odd smell in hallway and rooms
- Yuli (1/5): Bad - Nothing I make a reservation for one night and went arrive they told me that they can find no reservations for me
The lady at front she was not even try to solve the situation..she told me I have to fixed my self
Terrible experience!
- Jack (5/5): disappointed - close to where we were going. easy check in. rooms were dirty beds had stains on them and didn't look like they changed the sheets
pull out bed had brown stains on it and no linens no dark curtains in the rooms and a spot light right out side my window it was hard to sleep. water for the toilet kept running and i was worried it would flood the room
- Cheryl (10/5): It was in the perfect location, the room was comfortable, desk clerk friendly and helpful smd the price was very reasona - Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The location was perfect as it was next to the Theatre where I would be attending the Miss Ohio pageant to watch my granddaughter compete. The front desk clerk was very pleasant, friendly and helpful. I have no complaints.
- Bridget (7/5): Good -
- Robert (7/5): Good - Person ar front desk was very nice. However, she seemed to be the only person on shift. So, that person has to be maid/front desk/security. Bar not being open
- Jones (4/5): Disappointing -
- Jones (1/5): Bad -

- Nabeel (8/5): Very good -
- Chris (8/5): Very good - The staff was awesome, the only thing that was a issue was I didn't get house keeping. I still had plenty of clean stuff.
- Nazarra (9/5): Superb -
- Jonathan (5/5): Cheap rooms but you get what you pay for here. - Very friendly staff. Price was great and size of rooms. The building location is convenient. Has potential. Zero room service cleanings between stay nights. Rooms are not cleaned properly, nor have been for a long time. Very slow drains and toilet. Clearly has plumbing issues not addressed. Needed overall deep clean in rooms and elevator. Zero amenities, no resturant or food options.
Lots of weed smells in the halls penetrating into the suite.
