• Barbara (10/5): - Location is amazing! A short walk from Batman alley and all the bars/restaurants nearby. 10 minute walk to/from the metro. Nice doormen and very nice host. Great place for one person. I stayed a month and had plenty of storage. The balcony makes it feel much bigger too and it gets plenty of good sunlight. The pool area is great. It was great to have laundry and a little market upstairs. I’d choose to stay again I loved it! The only thing I would say is that it’s a great place for a single occupant if you’re staying for an extended time, but if you’re staying a week or less then totally fine for 2 people.

Voltamos à 1h da manhã a pé da estação do metrô e não tivemos nenhum problema, cerca de 8 min, mas andamos rápido kkk O studio é pequeno, mas acomoda bem um casal. O chuveiro é ok. A anfitriã sempre foi muito solícita a todos os pedidos e dúvidas. Somente a cama é bem pequena pra um casal. O banheiro poderia ter suporte pra colocar sabonete e itens pessoais, o box é bem apertado

La rue etait tranquille et du balcon on voit des arbres alors on a vraiment l’impression d’être dans une petite bulle de tranquilite Des petits details: la machine a café et la bouilloire ne fonctionnais pas. Il y avait des petites fourmis dans la cuisine. La reconnaissance faciale pour entrer dans l’edifice ne fonctionnais pas alors le gardien devait me faire entrer a chaque fois.

• Rachel (6/5): The building was nice, quiet and modern. The pool was a great bonus. Shame about the issues. - The room was as advertised- clean and modern. The facility was guarded by reception the entire time. The shower only ran colder - we asked to resolve and did not get help. The room was freezing cold the entire time and the AC did not help. The security was not working properly so had it not been for reception we would not be able to get in. There were bathroom products in the shower but apart from one the bottles were empty.
• Alcides (8/5): Studio ótimo - O studio é ótimo, bem funcional, tudo novinho e bem localizado. Há padaria excelente, há uns 5 min caminhando. Acho importante ter panos de prato para enxugar louça lavada e também uns panos de limpeza para limpar, por exemplo, a mesa e as cadeiras da varanda. Como ficam expostas, acumulam poeira facilmente. Tivemos que limpar com papel toalha que nós mesmos compramos.

• Patricia (5/5): A cama é muito pequena, impossível dormir 2 pessoas. - A cama não é de casal. Deve ser de solteirão pq não consegue atender 2 pessoas confortável. Eu estava na companhia de meu filho de 12 anos ( é uma criança ) e não conseguimos dormir bem em nenhuma noite. Os travesseiros também não prestam. Pedi com antecedência que trocassem os travesseiros ou que fosse adicionados outros, colocaram 2 almofadas ( piores que os travesseiros). Fiquem 1 semana hospedada e 1 semana tomando antibiótico para dores na coluna, pescoço pq nao consegui domir . Se for para 1 pessoa apenas já é desconfortável, avalie para 2 pessoas.

The space is nice and very comfortable, quiet at night, location is perfect, the host Paola is simply amazing. Def recommend. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. All perfect.
