Samuel (9/5): - Die Lage ist top da sehr zentral in den Lauben gelegen. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht inkl. eines tollen Aussenbereichs um am Abend noch einen Apero zu geniessen. Der Zugang kann etwas mühsam sein da die Wohnungssschlüssel nur an einem der Zugangstore (um überhaupt in den Innenhof zu gelangen) funktioniert (dasjenige das weiter weg ist). Die Tore waren nicht immer zur selben Zeit geöffnet, was es unberechenbar macht.

Die Ausstattung der Küche alles was es braucht,und in einem guten Zustand.Die Terrassen die sind im Hochsommer sicher ein Hit.Sogar scharfe Steak Messer Swiss Made lohnt sich immer. Nur eine Kleinigkeit,dass man in der Küche,das Wasser lange fliesen lassen muss bis warmes kommt.Der Mietpreis ist schon an der oberen Grenze.

Katerina (9/5): Cozy apartment in the center of Merano - The accommodation was central (1 min from the Christmas markets) in the busy center with shops, bakeries etc. The apartment was super-renovated, warm, and clean with comfy beds and all the utilities. There was no noise, the isolation was perfect. The communication with the owners was good and they were helpful in replying to our questions. The check-in arrangement can be improved since you can have a check-in without extra cost only until 20.00.
