• Joseph (2/5): Very Disappointing - Location Booking.com said NO ADDITIONAL PAYMENT to hotel and report if payment requested. Would not let us check in without additional $156.00 Resort Fee for 2 night stay!!!! Room was filthy and not cleaned or bed changed
• Gloria (1/5): People should not book this property. The owner is a crook. - Nothing. Property was not available due to renovations and I did not stay there. Did not get a full refund either. No full refund even though it was not available.
• oren (8/5): - The sray was good , apartment was clean well located. bed mattress was extreamly low quality. Host attitude was extreamly bad. We booked the apartment as last minute order. As soon as we booked it for two night we got an email that we have to pay extra 150 dollar for the stsy on other fees since it is privetly held insude of an hotel. We immdietly contacted the owner wich obiously refused to cancell the order. The all offer is managed like a fraud since it is almost impossible to see the smaal letters of the extra fees while you order.

• Castillo (9/5): We will check more carefully the details before booking since a check in at 4:00 pm and check out at 11:00 am with not f - It was comfortable, spacious and clean. I was surprised and a little disappointed that the hotel would charged me more additional money than what I read and understood in my decision to book thru you instead of directly with the hotel. In addition, we requested thru messages if we could checked in a little earlier than 4:00 pm or check out a little after 11:00 am and never received a response 😏
