• Estera (1/5): Bad experiience - There was nothing pleasant about the stay. COCKROACH infestation. Property did not want to offer another room or provide the refund back even when booking.com was contacted. They sent a sanitary team to get rid of cockroach infestation while we were on our stay in the unit. Meaning that for our stay, there was always a cockroach half dead moving in the unit. As I was pregnant during my stay, every time I needed to use the bathroom, my husband had to get up and kill one or two cockroaches before I would get to use the restroom. No one came to talk to us about it. Bad English communication on the phone and the management was rude overall and making light of the situation. Could not open windows because “cockroaches got in from outside from the wind” as said by property management. Meaning it was suffocating to stay in at any time. DIRTY sheets, stain of blood and smell. We had to wash them ourselves even when cleaners were sent the second day of our stay after our complaint. Got a rash on my skin from using property towel. Luckily I had my own towel and stoped using property towel. Smell of cat urine around the apartment and got in the unit as well. Used sanitary products from other clients left in the bathroom full of dust. Property said that they left them there as a complimentary thing for new clients. We sent multiple photos about the situation. The property management kept saying that the property is clean and safe every time we sent another message. We looked for the grade on booking.com from 8+. The reason we went with this property was because the grade was good. Our stay was not by any means cheep. When we contacted the property with the issue, they continued to say that they are graded 8 and it can’t be as we said as if to demonstrate that we were wrong to make a complaint because they are graded 8. From all my experiences, even when I booked to lower grades than 8, this was the worst by far. For my health, we had to cut our stay in this property short and booked another hotel.

• NELIDA (6/5): - La playa de Fañabé que es la más cercana. Aunque aún se tarda en ir andando y sólo se puede ir andando. No hay donde aparcar en ningún sitio entre la urbanización y la playa Para entrar, hay que subir una cuesta enorme e inclinada. No hay dónde aparcar alrededor. Todo alrededor es para extranjeros y dentro también, todo extranjeros. A los niños las piscinas les encantan la verdad sea dicha , hay muchas dentro de la urbanización
