• mcaste75 (8/5): Lontano dal centro ma comodissimo per la metro - L'appartamento è vicino alla fermata della metro Alameda, comoda per il centro e per aeroporto, anche se la strada per arrivare all'appartamento è abbastanza in salita, se non avete buona gamba Ci sono 2 bagni e 2 camere In generale, comodo e fuori dal caos del centro Gli arredi sono moderni ma gli infissi e i battiscopa sono mal ridotti, meriterebbero un intervento per sistemarli

• Katja (8/5): Geräumige Wohnung mit voller Ausstattung in toller Lage - alles was man braucht, sehr geräumig für uns als Paar. voll ausgestattete küche & sogar ein separates wohnzimmer mit TV (inkl. Netflix) das Haus ist leider sehr hellhörig - man hört sowohl im Stiegenhaus alles als auch den Nachbar darüber. Das Bett knarrt leider sehr beim Bewegen.
• Adriano (10/5): We loved it. - Everything. The place was super clean. Just 5-7 minutes on foot from Alamenda metro station, and super close to the city centre. My mother, who’s recovering from cancer, felt at home. The owner was amazing and super responsive. Nothing at all.
• Bianca (8/5): - Het contact met de eigenaar was goed. Er werd snel gereageerd en gehandeld. Het appartement zag er netjes uit, een tweede badkamer is fijn. Dichtbij een groot park en de metro. De straat waar het appartement in lag was wat matig. Er lag hondenpoep voor de deur en er was wat achterstallig onderhoud aan het pand. Er liepen elektriciteitsdraden over het balkon.

• Maike (9/5): Comfortable and clean accommodation! - It is exactly as described and shown in the pictures on booking.com. The apartment is incredibly clean and is stocked with every possible appliance one can think of, such as toaster, coffee machine, microwave, hair dryer etc. The host is also very responsive. We definitely recommend booking this accommodation! It was a bit outside of the city centre (from everything touristic) but due to the convenient bus and metro connections nearby it was not a big problem.

There is also a park nearby full of life and very fun evening activities. The apartment has a kitchen without a table where people can have breakfast. The table is in the windowless entryway.

• Tsveta (8/5): Pleasant - The property is good, in a nice building, with elevator, and has most of the needed facilities. The communication with the hosts is good, friendly and very informative on all the questions we asked. The area is good, close to Alameda metro station with direct connection to the airport and the city center. There a sufficient cafes and restaurants, plus a supermarket nearby. Parking outside is free after 18h and on the weekends. Having a washing machine would be an asset for someone who would stay longer than 3 days (with kids). Shower in the bathroom is a bit narrow (could be a problem for a bigger person). If you sleep with windows open, keep in mind, that the garbage trucks that collect the garbage bins outside are very noisy early in the morning (there is nothing the owners could do about it).

Nous avons utilisé le taxi pour 5€ pour rejoindre le plein centre. Le quartier ne semble pas très accueillant lorsque nous sommes arrivés mais finalement aucun problème.

• Gloria (9/5): Ottimo per un weekend a lisbona. - Anche se non é in centro la posizione é molto comoda, attaccata alla Metro che porta in centro e alla linea dell'aeroporto. L'appartamento era per fetto per 3 persone, i 2 bagni sono stati molto comodi (shampoo e sapone compresi). Letti molto comodi. Un bonus: abbiamo potuto lasciare le valigie fino al tardo pomeriggio grazie alla disponibilitña dell'host. Consigliato. L'unica cosa, ci avrebbe fatto piacere avere capsule di caffé per tutti i 4 giorni che saremmo stati nella struttura, invece erano solamente 3 (solo la prima colazione)

The location worked perfectly for us — close to Alameda metro so it was really easy to get into the centre, but far enough out to be quieter and feel more local. The apartment felt very secure and safe, which was important for us as a family, and made it easy to relax during our stay. It was a great base for everything we did, from days out in Sintra and Belém to evenings back in the city. The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed, especially after long days out exploring. Everything was straightforward from check-in to departure, which made the whole stay stress-free. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Lisbon. Shower is very small.

• VladimirDimov (7/5): Good enough apartment for a short stay, not too far from city centre - The apartment is located in a quiet neighbourhood, not too far from the city centre. It had all the amenities we needed for our short stay there. Getting into the apartment was easy and straightforward; the hosts were friendly and helpful as well. The apartment and the building itself are pretty old. Apparently some renovation happened in the apartment, but an incomplete one. Some of the facilities were pretty outdated - for example the separate faucets for cold and hot water of the sink in the bathroom. Sometimes the water's pressure was too low as well. The apartment doesn't have a very good noise isolation - you could hear every time when the elevator was used in the main hallway or someone opens and closes the building's entrance door. The bathroom's and bedroom's doors are also very old and are hard to open / close, and also make a lot of noise when doing so.

• Ryan (9/5): Very good start. Highly recommended - Central, clean, quite ara, close to an open space area, loads of restaurants and groceries shops within walking distance. Close to metro, train and bus stations. We were there for the Lisbon half marathon in 2026 and we were very happy with the choice apartment. We were staying on level 1. Maybe could do with some more plates and glasses, especially deep bowl plates for cereals.
• Gleb (10/5): Good place to stay in Lisbon - The location is excellent - there are two metro lines nearby and other transport options, and it’s easy to get anywhere in the city. The host is very responsive and kind. If I could give more than 10, I would do so without hesitation. There were some minor issues upon arrival, but everything was resolved the following day.
• Dorottya (8/5): Good location, perfect for sightseeing, nice host. - The location, staff responsiveness (fast and helpful). The kitchen is ideal for preparing simple meals. Several towels were also provided. The walls are very thin, for example the slamming of the front door is disturbing for those who wake up easily. A comfortable bed (that doesn't squeak) would be a big plus. 🛌

We stayed on the fifth floor, and the view from the bedroom was very nice. Hot water in the shower runs out pretty quickly. Wait an hour or more before the next person showers.

• vlad_medies (9/5): nice place to stay when in Lisbon - I've spent couple of days with my family in Alameda apartment of 5th floor (with elevator) and we did found the apartment to be appropriate for families, it had 2 bedrooms, private bathroom and kitchen with all you need. The apartment was clean, beds comfy. Location wise it very close to metro station (walkable distance) and there is a direct line to airport. There are also couple of mini-markets around, but if you don't mind to walk a little bit you can find a "Continente" super market. The elevator is a little bit noisy but that is not something that the host can fix...

Las fotos de booking no revelan la realidad del barrio y del edificio. No usamos el apartamento. Nos marchamos a un hotel. El apartamento por dentro bien, aunque olía a edificio muy viejo.

• Agnieszka (10/5): Dobre miejsce na pobyt w Lizbonie - Apartament znajduje się na czwartym piętrze w budynku z windą, co jest rzadkością w Lizbonie. Jest w bardzo dogodnej lokalizacji przy metrze, którym możesz dojechać z lotniska. Alameda to również stacja przesiadkowa gdy chcesz dostać się do centrum Lizbony. Obsługa apartamentów jest życzliwa i profesjonalna- bardzo szybko opowiadają na zadane pytania. Sam apartament jest bardzo czysty i dobrze wyposażony. Zameldowanie odbywa się w sposób bezobsługowym, co jest bardzo wygodne gdy przybywasz do Lizbony w późnych godzinach. Nasz pobyt czterech osób (apartament z dwoma sypialniami) był komfortowy.

The apartment is functional and well equipped, enough place to put down your stuff, even a desk in each room. During the night it's surprisingly quiet, so we slept well after spending the entire day at WebSUmmit The flat doesn't have a living room or shared space apart from the tiny kitchen with three chairs. So it's great if you go for work or on your own, but not so great if afterwards you want to relax while you recap the day with everyone else in the apartment.

• Silvia (7/5): Halloween a Lisboa - Posizione strategica ben collegata con le due principali linee metropolitane da e per Aeroporto e Centro, zona tranquilla e silenziosa. Comunicazioni semplici e chiare con l’host. Self check-in davvero easy. La sola tv nella piccola cucina non è confortevole dopo una giornata trascorsa in giro alla scoperta della città.
• Anastasiia (8/5): На короткий період, то супер варіант - Проживання було комфортним для нас усіх. Для чотирьох дорослих було достатньо простору. Гарне планування квартири ( фактично чотири кімнати і невелика обідня зона. Були рушники, набір посуду, тостер ,чайник, фільтр для води, фен і праска. Було чисто. Кондиціонери у кімнатах. Метро зовсім поряд, автобуси і продуктові магазини. Єдиний нюанс, що зовсім не було ніяких спецій (типу сіль або перець, можливо трохи олії). Звісно , що усе це можна купити, але якщо приїжджайте на 2-3 дні. Холодильник маленький (типу міні бар), багато у ньому не залишити , то готували ми мало, тому купувати спеції було без сенсу.

Sehr lautes Viertel,keine Appartmentanlage, sondern eine Wohnung innerhalb eines normalen Mehrfamilienhauses, indem Einheimische wohnen. Das machte uns ein schlechtes Gefühl, bezahlbaren Wohnraum wegzunehmen. Dieses ist aber rein subjektiv bewertet. Wir werden beim nächsten Mal sensibler sein und ein Hotel wählen. Im Appartement gab es keine Sitzmöglichkeit zum geselligen Tagesausklang, ausser einem kleinen ungemütlichen Tisch in der Küche.

• Sahar (9/5): דירה נהדרת למי ששוהה בליסבון, גם לשהות ארוכה יותר - הדירה ממוקמת בבניין, אנחנו היינו בקומה 4 כי לקחנו דירה עם 2 חדרי שינה. יש מעלית שזה לא מובן מאליו מליסבון. חדרי שינה גדולים ומוארים, הכול נקי ונעים. ממוקם ממש קרוב לתחנת רכבת תחתית, הכניסה ויציאה מאוד נוחים, הגענו באמצע הלילה ולא הייתה בעיה בכלל. מתאים למשפחה עם ילדים, היינו עם 2 בנות בגילאי 3 ו-6. ממליצה מאוד
• Dhruvisha (10/5): Cute little apartment in a beautiful location. - Located in a beautiful area. The apartment was perfect in terms of having space. The host was very responsive. Only one mirror in the main bedroom. The tv wasn’t working.

• Jörg (9/5): Gute Erreichbarkeit der Stadt mit Uber oder ÖPNV - Alles prima. Ein guter Ausgangspunkt um Lissabon zu erkunden. Man fühlt sich ein wenig wie ein Anwohner.
• Sandra (10/5): - Apartamento con todas las comodidades. Todo muy limpio, camas muy cómodas, cocina equipada. La comunicación con el anfitrión fue excelente. Quizás se encuentra un poco lejos del centro para ir andando, pero había una boca de metro bastante cerca. Alrededor también puedes encontrar todo tipo de comercios.

• Matheus Silva (9/5): - Location is great, near loads of amenities and public transport. Some local restaurants were nice too, we felt safe walking around the apartment. The place is spacious, has basic equipment in the kitchen (I just don't recommend cooking refined meals, but is good enough for sandwiches, soups or even pasta) and was more than enough for 3 people. Loved the Nespresso machine too, nice touch. Check-in was very easy too. The air conditioner was a life saver. Few minor details, such as weird smell on the hand soap, shampoo and body wash, they were probably expired. I missed some pillows in one of the rooms, but was able to sleep comfortably with the cushions that were available.

• Сухоруких (10/5): Раджу чисті та комфортні апартаменти - Дуже чисті, затишні та комфортні апартаменти на 1 поверсі, достатня кількість посуду. 2 ванні кімнати, безконтактна передача ключів, тихий та зручний район, поряд супермаркети та метро.
• Lex (6/5): - De locatie van het appartement was goed. 10 minuutjes met de Uber en we waren in het centrum. Ook was het goed schoon. Het bed is erg slecht. Piept en kraakt, slecht matras en kussens die 0 support bieden. Gasten komen hier na een lange dag om te douchen, en slapen, that's it. Zorg dat die basis geregeld is. Wij hebben 3 opgebroken nachten gehad hierdoor. Ook is het buiten (al erg vroeg) zeer rumoerig dus vergeet geen oordoppen.
• Akenda (10/5): Logement proche des commerces, quartier calme, je recommande fortement. - J’ai vraiment aimé mon séjour : le logement était très propre, le propriétaire réactif, aimable et à l’écoute. Je recommande énormément. À notre arrivée, un petit problème de store avait déjà été signalé par le propriétaire lui-même, qui s’est empressé de le réparer. Rien à signaler.

• Miriam (6/5): Una decepción - El apartamento estaba limpio. Habia cerca un parking y la para del metro para ir al centro en cinco o seis paradas. Primero dire que las fotos que ponen en la pagina son de tres apartamentos. Nosotros estuvimos en el de la planta quinta. Al fotografo es para darle un premio. El apartamento es muy pequeño. En la nevera, que es de las pequeñas, no cabe casi nada y encima el congelador esta lleno de hielo. No hay armarios, o son muy pequeños. Casi no hay utensilios de cocina. No pudimos cocinar con comodidad. La ducha es muy pequeña tambien, casi no te podias agachar. Todo muy viejo. Le falta mantenimiento. El edificio es viejo pero el ascensor da mucho yu-yu. En definitiva nos sentimos engañados por las fotos. Solo para ir a dormir.

• Kürşat (10/5): Comfortable stay with value - Clean, tidy, and spacious. Only 3 stops from center but taxi is only 4-5 euros anyway. Host was helpful and let us drop out bags before check in. Every utensil was offered including cookies :) the neighborhood is safe and has cafes and markets around. Bathroom door doesn't close properly. Could change the brand of shampoo and soap, it was organic but smelled funny. 16:00 check in is too late but that is the case for whole Portugal.

• Maeva (6/5): Il y a quelques points à améliorer mais l’appartement était globalement propre, pas très cher et assez bien placé. - L’appartement était propre et le personnel agréable et réactif en cas de soucis. Plusieurs éléments négatifs sont à noter : - des chaises de taille classique alors que la table est un bar, donc pas très confortable pour manger. - le rideau de douche est moisi et mériterait d’être changé. - manque d’ustensiles de cuisine, notamment pas de passoire ce qui est assez dérangeant et nous a manqué à plusieurs reprises lors de notre séjour. - La literie était très inconfortable. - Quelques travaux seraient selon moi nécessaires : les fenêtres ne ferment pas bien ce qui est assez embêtant pour un appartement en rez de chaussée, le volet s’est bloqué le lendemain de notre arrivée (réparé immédiatement par le personnel mais qui nous a fait perdre 1h30) et la porte d’entrée très difficile à ouvrir (ce qui ne nous avait pas été signalé et nous a également fait perdre du temps).

• rachidi (9/5): Séjour agréable à refaire - Appartement très propre et parfaitement situé, idéal pour visiter Lisbonne en transports. Tout le matériel nécessaire était disponible, ce qui a rendu notre séjour très confortable. Un grand merci également pour la délicate attention des petits biscuits laissés à notre arrivée : un geste qui nous a beaucoup touchés. Nous recommandons vivement ! il y avait des travaux dans l’immeuble en face, ce qui rendait les grasses matinées difficiles
