Check in agevole, siamo arrivati in anticipo ma la signora delle pulizie ci ha accolte facendoci lasciare i bagagli ed usare i servizi. La ringraziamo molto. Possono esserci imperfezioni, ma lo raccomando assolutamente !

Non è stato il nostro caso ma chi ha problemi motori potrebbe avere una qualche difficoltà nel salire la scala del palazzo non comodissima.

Apartament (kuchnia) wyposażony w e wszystko co potrzebne. Informacja od właściciela obiektu o konieczności opłaty za poruszanie się samochodem w strefie gdzie znajduje się apartament zaoszczędzi wielu osobom niepotrzebnych kosztów po pobycie. Na minus są ręczniki, które były sztywne i szorstkie jak papier ścierny. Parkowanie w pobliżu to wyzwanie (brak miejsc)

• Radek (9/5): - Bardzo wygodny apartament w centrum Palermo. Jeżeli ktoś wybierze tę lokalizację pod kątem zwiedzania będzie bardzo zadowolony. Bardzo blisko do Quatro Canti i Teatro Massimo. W pobliżu są restauracje, bary, sklepy i kawiarnie się wszystko co trzeba dostępne od razu po wyjściu z apartamentu. Wewnątrz również większość przydatnych rzeczy takich jak kuchenka, naczynia, ekspres do kawy oraz pralka, Łóżka bardzo wygodne, w każdej sypialni łazienka co w przypadku pobytu 4 osób jest dużym plusem. Jeżeli mogło być jeszcze jakieś udogodnienie to na pewno zmywarka ale nie było to szczególnie uciążliwe bo będąc w Palermo raczej się nie gotuje :) Druga rzecz to czasami było czuć niemiły zapach z kanalizacji i to chyba był największy minus. Gdyby nie to pewnie ocenilibyśmy obiekt na 10.

Era prevista pioggia e abbiamo trovato alcuni ombrelli a nostra disposizione. Molto gentili nel rispondere a qualunque richiesta. L’assenza di acqua e latte nel frigo all’arrivo.
• Christine (10/5): Great stay in Palermo’s Historic Centre! - It was very conveniently located. You could walk out the door of the building right into one of the most happening streets in Palermo. Many of the historic sites are located within walking distance, as our variety of shops and restaurants. Located at the back of the building, the apartment was buffered from any of the noise on a very busy street. The apartment was small and compact but perfect for our needs. There’s a small kitchenette. The communication with the owner was prompt and excellent, and we felt very safe and secure. The system for accessing the apartment was very efficient. We loved staying there. Highly recommend it! It wasn’t an issue for us, but anyone with accessibility limitations may not find the climb of couple of flights of stairs manageable. As well, the bedrooms are located upstairs.

• Joseph (10/5): Perfect location, host and city. - Everything! Iverlid is absolutely amazing, friendly and kind and helpful. She helped me with the buses and beach and was so kind. The house is beautiful and the rooms are lovely and great size. Showers are great, the little dining room is perfect and handy. The location is perfect and couldn’t be anymore central. It was probably my fault - but I thought someone was to meet me at the door. However, there’s a lock box on the right hand side (NOT THE KEY CODE ON THE LEFT) as you get to your property for the keys. Just so nobody is so silly and doesn’t see it like me haha.
• Janie (10/5): Iverlid Home - away from home. Thoughtfully laid out, clean, comfortable and peaceful - Perfect location for seeing the sites of Palermo’s Centro Storico. Also close to markets, cafes and restaurants. Although it’s right off a busy pedestrian street, the noise was less by bedtime. I am a light sleeper but closing the soundproofing windows worked like a charm and I was not woken by exterior noise. Sometimes you could hear the footsteps of people in the apartment above, but this is normal. The only negative I can think of is a bad smell which sometimes came from the ensuite bathroom of one of the bedrooms. It was usually only noticeable when water was used, like after showering or flushing the toilet. It might be caused by older pipes and not something that can be easily fixed. It was unpleasant for a short while but certainly not a “game changer”. I would highly recommend Iverlid Home and would stay there again.

• Mervan (7/5): Okay - Good location One room was heavily smelling shit. One bathroom’s ventilation system was giving shitty smell to the room.
• Ammar (8/5): Almost perfect - Host very friendly and helpful. Location. Quite(if no works in the building), very comfortable beds and pillows. Two bedrooms with two separate bathrooms. AC in every room including the living room (was old and not working properly in one room). Very fast WiFi. Kitchen good equipped. Cleaning good. Bathrooms in acceptable/good condition. Most importantly is the beautiful PALERMO Minor things: Work in the apartment above with a lot of noise from early morning and all the day. So we couldn’t enjoy a quiet morning or afternoon. We got apologies from the host about that but no information before arrival and nothing to offer as a compensation more than 1.5 hour later check out. Accident with some water leak from the AC room but was solved efficiently and didn’t affect us. One AC in one of the rooms was not working properly. The stairs are not very easy so I can imagine it can be a problem for people with knee problems.
• Steven (10/5): Lovely vacation in Palermo - Location, location, location: Very centrally located easy walk to train stations and the main things to see in Palermo. Apartment was clean, owners were helpful and responsive. Not a complaint about the property, but just be aware it is two flights to get upstairs (no elevator). We are in good shape, but if someone in your party has a problem with stairs this property might not work.

• Jennifer (9/5): Perfect location for a comfortable and wonderful stay in Palermo! - Iverlid met us at the property and we were very grateful for the early check in. The host is super friendly and helpful and gave us a really warm welcome. There were even gifts on our beds. Having 2 bathrooms was great, one for each bedroom. The bedrooms were spacious and the whole apartment was tastefully decorated. It was great having a washing machine and an outdoor clothesline. The location was perfect. The arancine right outside the front door were amazing as were the gelati next door. We were close to all the major sights and there was a great Lidl supermarket on via Roma. The train station was about 20 minutes walk but it was an interesting walk down via Maqueda to get there. The apartment had Alexa, was nice to have some music. We would thoroughly recommend this property for a great stay in Palermo. This is a minor drawback but the living/dining/kitchen is not a large space. The three adults in our group could just fit on the couch.

• Maxwell (9/5): Superb - The apartment was clean and comfortable! It was central with lots of restaurant options and 15/20 minute walk from the train station. The air-conditioning worked really well. We'd stay here again next time in Palermo! Checking in took some time as we had to try and call them and then had to send through copies of our passports before being given the code. This would be easier to do before arriving as it's on a busy street. Overall, we're very happy with our stay!

• Rosalia (10/5): Beautiful apartment in the perfect location for discovering Palermo’s historic centre. - Beautifully decorated apartment that was perfect for our family of four. The location is perfect on the pedestrian street Via Maqueda. You can walk to all the sites in 15-20 minutes. The apartment is in a quiet part of the building so we didn’t hear any street noise. Serene place to be at the end of the day. We used the kitchen and washing machine, everything worked well. A/c in each room too. The host was great at answering questions (she speaks English) and making suggestions, and a very caring person. No issues.
