- Antonina (1/5): Horrible - It was the worst experience. The apartment had awful smell of strong cleaning chemicals. Airing it out didn't help. It was dangerous for health to stay with children in such room. I contacted the owner, but he wasn't even going to resolve the situation. Instead, some scandalous and very loud woman came to the apartment, shouting that we had made it all up, demanding our passports and the key to the apartment, without showing any of her documents. When we refused to give our passports to an unknown person, she called the security and the police, who also didn't understand her actions. The children were very scared, and we had to look for another place to stay at midnight. I consider this attitude towards guests unacceptable. Such people should not be on booking. The most horrible stay.
