We were very happy. It was a lovely and warm welcome for my husband and me. Everything from laundry detergent to coffee, olive oil, and spices was thoughtfully provided according to our needs. • Giannis H (9/5): - It was a great choice overall. Well equipped house, big rooms, private parking and a very good location close to the supermarkets of the village. Finally, the host was a very friendly guy that even offered us homemade biscuits.. Recommended for sure

• Peter (10/5): - All the amenities you could ever ask for. The owners were extremely friendly and always made you feel like you were at home . I will definitely recommend and will rebook with them again on my next visit to Samos
• Nadezhda (9/5): Superb - Everything was great, except the fact that there was no A/C in one of the bedrooms. Still great value for money.
• Giuliano (8/5): Spacious, clean and well run. A good choice if you aren’t on a budget and want to avoid overtouristy areas. - Owners are friendly and helpful. The apartment is spacious, well appointed (tasteful wall colours and better than usual artwork/posters) and well kept. As we arrived, there was fresh fruit and ouzo to welcome us, as well as water and soft drinks in the fridge. The apartment was also stocked with basics such as coffee, which can be very convenient. Nothing we didn’t really like. Just be aware, it’s a nice apartment but in a nondescript building. It’s central if you want to stay in Chora, which we wanted to try as opposed to more-touristy Pythagoreio — but we hoped the village would be a bit more lively and/or beautiful. It’s OK because it’s authentic, but not necessarily idyllic. There used to be an organic food restaurant run by a cooperative in Chora, but it’s closed down apparently. We paid more than 100 for one night. Considering all this, it doesn’t compare well with the 55 we paid for a nice hotel room in Pythagoreio. (We also had to add the cost of taxis, which in the Pythagoreio/Chora area are pricey and often dishonest!). It must be said though that, in the day in August that we reserved for, all other options were wildly expensive. Still a bit too much, but I guess prices follow demand…

• Tutku (10/5): Good value for the money - Everything was perfectly arranged for us. We stayed as two families and with two small kids, and enjoyed staying in Noema House a lot. The location is very close to Phytagorion port. Thank you for everything:)
