• Pushkar (5/5): many other better options if you book early. - Good breakfast spread. restaurant staff was more helpful than house keeping and receptionist. housekeeping staff were actually good - the management staff not very good. room ac had issues. we were assured that it is because the walls are hot. we requested to move to new room. new room had an OK ac. otherwise the staff was ready to take us for a ride. wasted an entire evening which could have been spent sight seeing. management should improve upon this. i guess too much hierarchy in management causes these kinds of lapses. also hotel is very expensive given the location and a single floor of rooms. cut down the employee branch a bit and the hotel will be value for money - which it is currently not.

• Samuel (9/5): Sensational stay - It is located on the main road, there's covered car parking. The hotel exudes elegance, tasteful design, and well thought out interiors. It is very luxurious and everything was on point. I can easily compare this place to a chain hotel like the Hyatt. We were given a warm welcome and the staff made us feel very comfortable. Spotless linens, ample toiletries, great ambience pampered us. The check in and out process was very smooth, thanks to Mr. Vishnu. This is definitely the best hotel in Kallambalam and I would definitely recommend Dain Castle. Nothing. If I'm nitpicking, the curtains didn't close all the way because of the design and let light into the room.

• Ramkoti (10/5): Exceptional - We reached the hotel on the onam day and there were no restaurants open and the hotel kitchen also closed, but the manager arranged a good breakfast for us we loved the hospitality and the stay, extremely cooperative staff and they don't know to say no to customer request any time of the night, In-house restaurant food was amazing will stay there on our next varkala visit. Will recommend to all my friend's.....
