• Ine (7/5): Ons verblijf was fantastisch, goed weer veel gezien en lekker gegeten. - De locatie lag pal aan het Museu de les Ciències en het Ciutat de les Arts i les Ciències en op loopafstand van het L'Oceanogràfic De bedden maken een raar krakend geluid als je je om draait of eruit gaat. Maar verder prima.

• Escobar (10/5): Excelente departamento - Excelente ubicación e instalaciones, todo siempre muy limpio y en buen estado. Cuenta con refrigerador, cocina, aire acondicionado, tv, por lo que ayuda bastante en caso de que uno desee quedarse en la habitación. Un único detalle es el aislamiento de sonido con el departamento vecino. De 7 días, 2 fueron molestos por la persona que hablaba muy fuerte pasado las 22hrs. Ps: La cama cruje bastante.

• Noémi (7/5): - Well located and well equipped: capsule coffee machine, microwave oven, hair drier, iron, washing machine. Comfortable bed and pillow. The window could not be opened, there was not a handle on it. We could not let air in only if we left the front door open, but then it was noisy and the street was close, at night mosqitos came in.

• Cristina (10/5): Excelente estadia - Super bem equipado e bastante moderno. A estadia foi ótima. Tem estacionamento gratuito mesmo em frente, no entanto pode demorar algum tempo até conseguir um lugar. Muito bem situado, mesmo próximo da cidade das artes. Tem minimercados e restaurantes por perto. A cama é um pouco dura.

• Andreea (8/5): Spatious clean apartment near city of arts - Great location for public transport. Near restaurants and city of arts, but easy to take a bus in town. Shopping mall was also nearby which was great. The property was clean and spacious, we had loads of pillows. Well equipped in the kitchen you can cook light meals. You only get internet/wifi in the living room and the signal it’s very weak. Can’t use tv and 2 phones in the same time. They should invest in a proper wifi extension. There is a minor leak in the bathroom and when you shower the water is slow to go down the drain (if you shower under 15-20 minutes, that’s not a problem, the water won’t overflow). Need more toilet paper.

• Maria (9/5): Gute Wahl - Problemloser Zugang durch Codes und Schlüsselsafe, öffentlicher gratis Parkplatz vor dem Wohnblock. Da die Unterkunft gleich bei der Oper liegt, kann es allerdings sein, dass abends freie Parkplätze zur Mangelware werden. Die Wohnung ist freundlich und die Ausstattung ausreichend. Sogar für längere Aufenthalte ist mit Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen, ... vorgesorgt. Waschmittel für die Maschine gibt es allerdings keines. Haben wir aber auch nicht gebraucht, wir waren nur für drei Nächte dort. Ein bisschen hellhörig ist die Wohnung schon. Der Weg ins Zentrum ist zwar zu Fuß bewältigbar, aber über längere Zeit dann doch etwas mühsam. Ein bisschen Infomaterial wie z.B. Stadtplan oder Tipps für Besichtigungen wäre ein nettes Plus. Alles in allem jedenfalls empfehlenswert.

• Nuša (10/5): We enyojed the apartment, neighbourhood and Valencia. Beautiful! - Very good location, nice neighborhood, food store 5min away, bus stop 5min away (it takes you to old town and bioparc). We were family with children 6 and 9 and went on foot to Gulliver, oceanografico, also to city center. Bedroom has a very large bed. There is washing machine. There was no dishwasher.
• Hugo (7/5): Buena opción para alojarse pero la limpieza pudiera ser mejor - Bien cerca del museo Ciudad de las Artes y de las Ciencias. Tiene un pequeño supermercado cerca lo cual es bien conveniente. Tiene suficientes utensilios de cocina para una corta estancia. Si bien el apartamento en general estaba limpio, ciertos aspectos de limpieza y mantenimiento pudieran ser mejores: En cuanto a la limpieza, el piso alrededor de la base de la ducha tenía sucio acumulado. Las gavetas del mueble del lavamanos mostraban daño por agua y manchas negras, por lo que no se podían usar. La esponja provista para fregar los trastes de cocina estaba usada por el huésped anterior (estaba mojada y con restos de comida), por lo que tuvimos que comprar una nueva para nuestro uso. La cafetera todavía tenía agua por el uso del huésped anterior. En cuanto al mantenimiento, la puerta del baño se atracaba cuando se intentaba abrir desde adentro, requiriendo accionar la manija fuertemente y repetidas veces hasta que abría la puerta. El desagüe de la ducha permitía pasar poca agua, por lo que se empozaba rápidamente el agua al abrir la ducha. La campana extractora sobre la estufa parece estar desprendiéndose, y los aires acondicionados tenían polvo acumulado en la salida del aire. Aspectos que no están en línea con la categoría que se ofrece del alojamiento. Mala insonorización de las paredes de la habitación permite que se escuchen las conversaciones del apartamento de al lado.

La parete divisoria tra gli appartamenti è una sottilissima con una porta in legno (parete in cartongesso?) .Le testate dei letti dei due appartamenti contigui sono appoggiate alla stessa parete divisoria. Se l'inquilino dell'appartamento contiguo russa (come è capitato a me negli ultimi due giorni ) non si dorme più.
• Domenico (8/5): - La posizione in una zona tranquilla e vicino ai mezzi, supermercati, giardini e vista sul palazzo delle arti. La pulizia, si è notato anche l’occhio attento per i dettagli, ferro da stiro, posate, bicchieri, tazze, calici, pentole, piatti. Magari qualche pensile in più per appoggiare le cose. Staff mai visto ma sempre disponibile e reperibile. La finestra non si chiudeva mai del tutto, si chiudeva ma bastava tirare senza girare la manopola per aprirla. Lo scarico della doccia e del water non erano messi molto bene. La doccia si allaga subito e per far andare giù carta e quant’altro dal water bisognava tirare lo sciacquone più e più volte. Anche l’insonorizzazione non il massimo, si sentiva la gente passare nel corridoio io ma per noi non è stato un grande problema perché di rumori ce n’erano ben pochi.

• Olga (9/5): Very nice apartment, excellent location - very good apratment, location was excellent - right next to the city of arts and about 30 minute walk to the city centre (even shorter if you wanna take the bus). the apartament itself was nice - not too big but not cramped. it was also quite cool, which i imagine is an advantage in summer, however in the middle of february it was a bit uncomfortable (however there is an ac unit that probably had heating - we didnt use it since the duvet provided was very warm). as to hearing neighbours - they added a wall panel that had sponge on the side of former door/wall which did a nice job of muffling voices - we could still hear the next door neighbours (especially in the bathroom and right next to the closet) but it was very faint and didnt disturb our sleep or rest the bedside tables werent wiped down after the previous guests, which i think was just something that was forgotten during cleaning since everything else was very clean. also the door to our apartment was very hard to open, you had to really push it to open (the same with the window) which was confusing at first but once we got the hang of it it was just a tad annoying

• Carole (6/5): - The apartment is situated in the ‘arts’ area of the city. A more modern area, very close to Oceanografic, Hemisphere and the Fallas museum. It is about a twenty minute walk into the heart of old town Valencia. There is a large shopping centre close by with restaurants inside. The studio it’s self is quite small but more than adequate for two people. However, apart from the dining chairs, there is only the bed to sit on. The check in information was very clear and very easy to follow. The bed was quite noisy when moving.
• Monika (9/5): Polecam apartament Versus - Bardzo sprawna organizacja dostępu do apartamentu, instrukcja eliminująca pomyłki, apartament czysty, przestronny, jasny, w obu pomieszczeniach klimatyzacja (przy pobycie w styczniu można było ogrzać łatwo pomieszczenia). Pełna i ciepła pościel. Dla każdego gościa po dwa ręczniki. Kuchnia była dobrze wyposażona, był toster, blender, czajnik elektryczny, mikrofalówka, kuchenka elektryczna na dwa palniki i ekspres do kawy na kapsułki. Tygodniowy pobyt w apartamencie był bardzo przyjemny. Lokalizacja przy Mieście Sztuki i Nauki okazała się dobra, wszędzie można było dojechać autobusem albo wybrać się spacerem na stare miasto (dystans który pokonywały również dzieci w wieku 7-9lat). Lokalizacja była blisko Oceanarium i placu zabaw Guliver, na dole między budynkami był również plac zabaw dla młodszych dzieci. Bardzo blisko do sklepu z dobrymi produktami i niedaleko do Mercadony. W okolicy można zjeść tradycyjne churros. Pościel mogłaby mieć poszewki, a nie być tylko oddzielona prześcieradłami.

• Rade (9/5): Vrlo dobar odnos cene i kvaliteta. - Apartman je bio bolji nego što smo očekivali. Kreveti su udobni, apartman je čist i u apartmanu imate sve što vam može zatrebati. Loakcija je odlična - preko puta Muzeja nauke i Okeanografika. Više linija gradskog prevoza se nalaze u neposrednoj blizini apartmana. Takođe, dva marketa su na dva minuta od apartmana, a na pešačkoj udaljenosti se nalazi 3 šoping mola. Nemam zamerki koje bih naveo.

• Rosa (8/5): Maravillosa estancia con todo lo necesario. - El apartamento está completísimo, tiene todo tipo de utensilios de cocina, cuenta con lavadora, secador... tal y como muestra el anuncio. La cama es bastante cómoda y las toallas del baño olían muy rico a suavizante. Está ubicado enfrente del museo de las artes y las ciencias, en un barrio tranquilo, pero muy bien comunicado a nivel transporte. La única pega que le puedo poner es que el parking gratuito se refiere a la calle, puedes aparcar por el barrio (tranquilo y decente).

Zona tutti i confort, compreso il parcheggio (libero), struttura pulita e accogliente (con tutti i servizi descritti), lo staff non l'ho visto completamente ma, mi hanno inviato tutte le istruzioni su wozzapp, (tutto molto dettagliato e preciso)....certo qualche piccolo accorgimento come telo doccia più grande e qualche tazzina per il caffè...e qualche cialda in più, non sarebbe male! Magari li troverò la prossima volta che torno! Solo una maggiore insonorizzazione tra un appartamento e l'altro... si sente tutto!!😁

• valentina (8/5): Ottima posizione in una zona tranquilla, ma insonorizzazione assente tra gli appartamenti - La struttura si trova in una posizione eccellente: una zona residenziale molto tranquilla con tutti i servizi di prima necessità a pochi passi. Inoltre si trova a circa 30 minuti a piedi dal centro storico e a pochi passi dalle fermate degli autobus che portano direttamente al mare Purtroppo la scarsa insonorizzazione delle pareti ha reso le ultime due notti molto difficili. I vicini hanno tenuto la musica ad alto volume fino alle 2 del mattino

Очень чисто, есть прекрасный кондиционер, стиральная машина, кухня с инжектерной плитой, личные ванна и туалет в аппартаментах! Очень приятный ремонт. Есть все необходимое и при этом ничего лишнего. На кухне есть блендер, чайник, кофеварка, достаточно кухонной утвари. Доска для нарезки, терка, даже приспособление чтобы сделать пюре:) Я туда ехала отдыхать, а не готовить, но когда мне нужно было ребенку сделать что-то вкусненькое и домашнее, было все необходимое. В наличии сушилка чтобы развесить мокрое белье. Гладилка и утюг, фен. Есть внутренний дворик с детской площадкой. А вокруг полным полно развлечений, таких как музей наук с невероятной архитектурой, океанариум, культурный центр имени королевы Софии, торговый центр Saler и все это в шаговой доступности. Полно транспорта на котором можно добраться до центра и на пляж. Я считаю мы с сыном шикарно отдохнули в Versus Appartament. Нам также прислали подробнейшие инструкции по заселению. Im Hof ist eine nette Pizzeria, ein Spielplatz und um die Ecke ist ein Supermarket, der 24 St geöffnet ist Die Lage ist einfach toll - direkt neben der Stadt der Künste& Wissenschaft, 8 min mit dem Auto zum Strand Pineda, zu dem auch ein toller Fahrradweg führt. Bis ins Zentrum 30min zu Fuß.

• Khalil (7/5): Very well located, cozy functional apartment, with secured entrance and free public parking - Very well located, overall safe area, free parking helps a lot, I rented an electric car and a cheap 50KW charger was close-by and the large free parking out front helps a lot. Generally safe, but self proclaimed “parking agents” (thugs that want you to give them money for pointing at an empty parking spot) are a nuisance. Ignore them or call the police.
• Marija (10/5): Exceptional - We had a great stay! The apartment was very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The only thing we would suggest is providing more towels for showering. Other than that, everything was excellent.
• Muhammad (1/5): Bad - I'm extremely disappointed with the apartment's maintenance. The kitchen hood was giving electric shocks, which is a serious safety hazard. I reported the issue to the owner, but unfortunately, I haven't received any response or resolution. Until the safety concerns are addressed, I wouldn't recommend this apartment to others.
