ana sofia (8/5): - Boa relação qualidade/preco. Ótima paragem estratégica antes de passar a fronteira para Luanda ou depois de passar e seguir caminho para Etosha/windhoek. Cidade menos confusa que Oshikango para fazer compras. Quartos confortáveis e funcionárias simpáticas.

Harald (10/5): - I came with bus at 5 in the morning. Rochas gave me a nice room to stay until normal check in time. Free of charge! And then i got a superb room for my two nights stay. All over very friendly and helpful staff! Thanks! All very fine!

The reception girls were very loving and welcoming. However the waiters were very rude and confronting. They need training. Generally a fair stay at the hotel. Helder (5/5): I enjoyed the people (workers) and the food - Good The bed is not so comfortable l, it makes a lot of noise. The TV is so bad. It does not help at all.. You can't even watch any channel apart from the Namibian TV which was also showing without any acceptable quality.

Olivier (2/5): Needs attention - The breakfast was OKAY, but for the koffee. I could only drink recoffee. When I wanted to drink other coffee, they said I must PAY for the coffee. For the money I paid. I would get any type of coffee at another hotel. The place needs renovation all over the area. The rooms need renovation and the eating area. The yard also needs renovation. The place is not a quiet place. There were too many movements, and I could hear the cars passing by at night. I could not drink the coffee I wanted, only recoffee. If I wanted to drink another coffee, I had to pay. This you dont get at other hotels.

Carolyn (8/5): Very good - Stayed at Rocha's Hotel on two separate occasions, each time in the same room - we went back the second time as we were happy with the first visit and weren't disappointed on the second visit. Check-in was quick and easy and the reception staff were extremely polite and friendly. There was secure parking for our large car which was essential for us.

I got them served with a sauasage and bacon, what did not comfort me as a vegetarian. Besides that it was good. The guava drink was tasty. The receptionist in check in had to sort out people buying airtime and buying electricity before she could take us to our room. The room is really what you pay for, basic. The bathroom light was not working, they didn’t bother to change/fix. No hot water from hand basin. It’s summer and very hot, swimming pool un-usable. Breakfast - very chaotic,slow and uninterested staff serving. Breakfast area untidy and no one making an effort. Dinner - we ordered the king lip and fries which was fantastic, but took an hour to come. WiFi does not work anywhere in the accommodation except in dining area. TV - spoke only in Portuguese, no news channels or anything to kill time before going out to explore…
