• GERMANA (8/5): - Struttura bella, moderna, arredata con gusto. Servizi igienici funzionanti. Posizione eccezionale, centrale comoda. Mi ha infastidito il mancato funzionamento della TV, segnalato e non risolto! Dato come servizio presente e invece non si prendeva nessun canale in chiaro! Per noi, rientrati in stanza alla sera, era importante poter usufruire della TV! Servizio compreso nel prezzo, che per questo non è stato scontato! Mai incontrato di persona il gestore, fatto salvo la gentile signora delle pulizie! Peccato! Ci sarei tornata molto volentieri, ma non mi piace quando non viene garantito ciò che si offre!
• Oleh (8/5): The best points are location and clean rooms. If don’t take into account the two points regarding the property’s weaknes - The location is perfect. There’s self-check-in, and the staff was incredibly supportive and responded promptly, ensuring there were no issues. The cleaning service is doing a great job. Soundproofing the room is generally lacking. In the Colosseum room, the bed needs to be replaced because it squeaks from every move.

• Guest (5/5): Very disappointed!! Paid for TV which never worked or repaired. Poor communication. - there was no Breakfast. The location was good. The room was clean. When we arrived we were greeted by a lady who didn't know how to speak english or italian. The TV did not work. On the second day we saw a man in the hallway who said he worked there and came in to see if he could get the TV working. He was unsuccessful and he was going to notify the owner but nothing was done. On Saturday evening we received a text to pay the city taxes otherwise they have to report it to government and booking.com. We actually had asked how we were supposed to pay the taxes because no one had gotten in touch with us to let us know how to pay them.

• Sofía (8/5): Buen alojamiento si no es verano. - El hotel está bien, es pequeño, bien ubicado y la zona es de las mejores. La chica que no recuerdo el nombre pero es de Giorgia es un amor, muy amable y preocupada en todo momento. Volvería al hotel pero no en verano porque el AA no es muy eficiente. Roma es demasiado calurosa en verano para el aire acondicionado que tienen. Si bien funciona y mantiene la habitación sin calor, no es que esté realmente fria. Vienes del calor extremo y quieres una habitación fria y esta no cumple con eso.

• Emma (10/5): Brilliant wee find - Great location (we could see the apostolic palace from our room if we stuck our head out the window a bit), clean, tidy, massive room with nice high ceilings, host was very nice when we met him. Looking at booking Rome next year and will happily rebook if available. No communication regarding checkout but then again I should have asked.

Still looking for breakfast, as it was non existent. Not even any coffee or tea bags. The only time the service staff entered our room was to collect the City Tax.

• Veronika (10/5): Great location near the Vatican, cozy and clean with helpful staff and a lovely neighborhood vibe. - Lovely, clean place to stay with a fantastic location near the Vatican. The neighborhood is full of great restaurants and cozy cafés, and the metro station is just a two-minute walk away. The staff were kind and very helpful throughout our stay. You can even smell fresh bread in the mornings from a nearby bakery. As it’s in the city center, it can be a bit noisy during the day, but it’s peaceful and quiet at night. I definitely recommend this place!

• Florin (10/5): Excelent - It is very close to the metro station, next to the main street leading to the Vatican, St Angel's Castle, Piazza Navona, many restaurants in the area, souvenir shops, etc.
• Gergö (3/5): The rooms are ok as long as you don't run into an issue. - The location was quite good, with easy access to the city center and plenty of nearby restaurants. Getting into the building was straightforward, thanks to the clear instructions we received in advance. Upon arrival, we immediately raised an issue with our room to our contact. The bathroom door couldn't be closed more than half a meter due to a raised bump in the floor. He acknowledged they were aware of the problem, which left us wondering why we weren't informed beforehand. We had to chase our contact the next day, as we hadn't received any updates in 24 hours. They managed to fix the issue after two days, but during this time, unpleasant smells and noise came from the bathroom, even at night. Not to mention, that we could use the toilet for major needs when only one person was in the room.. We have requested compensation through various channels, but have received no response for days now.

Neighbors were doing major remodelling and started very loud noise early every morning during our stay. No shampoo, only hand soap to wash hair. Not enough toilet paper.

• Maximilian (7/5): Prepare your arrival! - The location is great, close to the Vatican, the metro and surrounded by great restaurants! Also the room was really nice and clean. The information given about the check-in process was insufficient, and the stated telephone number given was incorrect. On arrival, you will not be greated by staff, but you will rely on information provided - which in my case was not given, so I stood in front of a locked door for about 1 1/2 hours. If you book this place, make sure to: - Receive the relevant access information in advance, and - Be prepared to only interact with the host by phone If this is ok for you, you will have a great stay!

• Kala (10/5): Comfortable and easy. - It was modern and clean. The breakfast was not breakfast, it is a little bit confusing the bed and breakfast name, every hotel, apartment puts the same cookies or drinks as an “attention” to the client, not as a breakfast.

• Alicja (9/5): Superb - Honestly looks way better than in the photos. It’s brand new, pretty spacious and very clean. Location is very convenient, right next to metro, only a few steps from Vatican. Our host was very kind and helpful. Breakfast is very basic, but on the other hand this is how it looks in most B&Bs in Rome.

• Michael (1/5): Lound, no safty, no responsibility from the owner - There was no safty. The external door to the accommodation was blocked. It is impossible to enter the accommodation. But you have no help from the owner. The landlady told me the next morning when we complaint that she has her phone turned off so the tenants don't disturb her. I had a terrible experience staying at this property. It ruined my vacation and I was very scared. Impossible to sleep and rest there.

• Bohdan (8/5): Perfect place for Vatican visitors. - Great location. 10 min to Vatican and 5 min to Ottaviano metro station which help you get to the most popular sightseeing (we had no idea that metro in Rome could be so useful). Personal was friendly and ready to help. Nearby there are many cafés and restaurants for every pocket. A bit noisy in the morning
