Mike (1/5): ABSOLUTELY APPALLING DO NOT STAY HERE! - Nothing it’s was filthy Dirty, no kettle, fridge and freezer didn’t work, no power on one floor, not enough cutlery and plates etc, outside furniture filthy, broken chairs and toilet seat, oven didn’t work, no blinds on windows so couldn’t sleep

Elisabeth (3/5): Decent location but pretty tired interiors with many things not working and very poor wifi. - Good communication This was not a great stay for the team I sent there. In the first house half the plugs didn't work, water wasn't warm, wifi didn't stretch to the bedrooms and no hairdryer. Eventually all electrics stopped working. They were then moved to another house (admittedly quickly). This was less shabby and the electrics worked, but the wifi still didn't work in the bedrooms which meant they couldn't work in there. It wasn't a great success.
Cara (10/5): Exceptional - Great communication, beautiful property, nothing was an issue, was the perfect location. Little mix up in the beginning but easily done, was sorted immediately and in good spirits, host was really accessible with questions.
