• 3af0bc9dc45a73d8f5dc24c3f6ee7063 (9/5): - Sijainti, lähes kaikki uusittu. Kaikki muuten ok, ovien toiminnassa(lukot) oli vikaa. Pyysimme korjauksen ja se tapahtui lähes välittömästi. Ainoa pikku puute on parvekkeen kalusteiden heikko kunto ja puute. Muuten erinomainen kohde.

• Udo (8/5): Strandnähe mit ordentlichem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis - Nähe zum Strand, zu Bars und Restaurants. Angenehmer Balkon mit seitlichem Meerblick und Sonnenschein. Sehr empfehlenswerte Bäckerei im Gebäude. Extrem hellhörig. Normale Unterhaltungen der Nachbarn deutlich hörbar. Abflussrohre der Nachbarschaft deutlich hörbar. Dusche, Toilettengang und küchenspüle der Nachbarn deutlich hörbar. Extremer Abflussgestank aus der Dusche. Möblierung der Terrasse verrottet oder defekt.

• Lionel (1/5): - J'avais beaucoup de bruit la nuit du mal à dormir pendant les quelques jours auquel j'avais pris cette location compliqué pour se garer compliqué sur certains problèmes de service Ce que je n'ai pas apprécié c'est vraiment quelque chose quand on fait de la location c'est d'avoir un équipement digital pour pouvoir se servir de tout le problème du tourisme international on ne peut passer d'un belle location quel qu'il soit que ce soit booking ou autre c'est d'avoir du personnel qualifié avec un service et là tout ce qui a été dit n'était pas forcément très juste

• Margaret Mary (9/5): This was easily the most comfortable apartment in Torrevieja. Everything was there even Beach Chair - The location was optimum for what I wanted, proximity to the sea! Just about 200 steps! I had difficulty one day and Sergio came immediately to solve my problem. The lift did not work three of the days. I found it hard to use the cooking hob.

• Alvaro (10/5): Una estancia maravillosa - Un apartamento pequeño pero que ha cumplido con nuestras expectativas . Acogedor y muy completo, el anfitrión muy simpático y el apartamento estaba súper limpio. La ubicación un plus, a dos minutos de la playa. Definitivamente repetiremos. El aparcamiento, no es culpa del anfitrión pero sí que es verdad que es una zona un poco mala para aparcar.

• Mateusz (9/5): Really great place for workation - Lovely place located nearby the famous beach in Torrevieja . I was working remotely with my wife and both of us agreed that place was really comfortable . Moreover fast WiFi and really helpful host Sergio made this stay even better. Hard to find anything , from time to time bad smell from the toilet , but it is rather construction issue and that’s why I put 9/10.
