• Paul (7/5): We had a great stay besides the small things mentioned that are easy to get fixed yet neglected - Family friendly, great location and peaceful. Fitting in the cottage needed attention. Sliding door to bathroom came off and landed on her head. Towel hook on entrance to shower was loose

• Elzet (8/5): Very good - What I really liked about our stay was how spacious and beautifully decorated the unit was — it felt organised and comfortable from the moment we arrived. The area itself is fantastic, and I loved the convenience of having Checkers 60 deliver right to our door. That was a big plus, especially with kids! Even though we didn’t use the pool or games area because of the weather, it looked like a great setup. The price was also very reasonable for such a lovely place. What I didn’t like was the WiFi — even though it was free, it was so slow that we could barely use it most of the time. Another downside was that the unit isn’t serviced unless you specifically request and pay for it, which I would have preferred to be included. Also, no wood fires are allowed, which was a bit of a letdown considering the braai and kuier around a fire culture of South Africa.

Broken sliding bathroom door on arrival. Not the best communication when trying to report to get this fixed. Lack of condiments - salt and pepper would be handy.

Place was clean and we were very comfortable Wifi connection was poor. The chemicals in jacuzzi was very strong, especially when the boiler was on.
