• Chris (9/5): In a different league to most places in the same price range. - The room is in excellent condition and you essentially have the place to yourself. Communications are easy and responsive with a personal welcome and thereafter e-mail/text. For an in-room breakfast, it's good. First impressions of the area aren't great, but that is mainly Bologna's propensity for graffiti everywhere. The street is a non-descript residential area, but the reality is that it is a easy (1km) walk to the centre. In fact there are three routes, all interesting/pleasant. There's a quality supermarket round the corner and many, many bars, cafes and restaurants nearby and en-route to the centre.

Die Lage ist top, am Beginn der Zentrums in ruhiger Lage. Zu Fuß entspannt durch die Laubengänge ca 15 Minuten bei den Türmen. Danke an Alessandro, dem Vermieter, der stets nachgefragt hat, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt in Bologna!

Fridge had other items which was a nice bonus. Apartment a little out from the tourist area but once you had your bearings it was all within walking distance.

Meticulously clean, lovely breakfast, comfy bed, very safe, with additional touches like snacks and a bottle of wine to welcome us. Alessandro was very prompt with communication and instructions. We were so pleased with not only Alessandro's attention to our comfort but also the entire room. What a great place to stay if you are ever in Bologna! The room is absolutely gorgeous and the area is so safe and quiet. It is such a short walk to all the historic sites and we were so thrilled to have found this treasure! We loved everything about this room!

• Miguel (9/5): Acogedora habitación en Bolonia - El propietario fue muy amable y colaborador en todo momento. La habitación es muy grande y el baño también, con sanitarios y ducha nuevos. Todo estaba limpio y en buen estado. Se agradecen las bebidas de cortesía y de desayuno. Alguna opción salada para el desayuno. La ubicación no es perfecta pero es fácil llegar.

• Alicia (10/5): Wonderful experience and great hosts! - Excellent location near restaurants and a parking deck. The host was wonderful with communication and made sure everything was in order when we arrived. Each morning a wonderful variety of local pastries was left outside our room to enjoy along with a stocked fridge. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Een gevulde ijskast zonder bijkomende kosten, kortom verwend. Na ontdekking Bologna ook een goede verbinding naar Venetië en het mooie Modena. Een enorme dank u wel! We hebben heel hard genoten! W pobliżu sklepy i restauracje. Właściciel to wspanialy człowiek, pomocny i uprzejmy. Wszystko wyjaśnił na miejscu. Naprawdę godne polecenia miejsce!

The mattress, pillows, cleanliness, in-room amenities, breakfast, and a fully stocked fridge with no extra charges — coffee, tea, jams — as well as the elevator and room security... everything was just perfect. • Catalin (9/5): New horizons! Bologna is very beautiful. - What we liked most was that it is located in a central area where you can easily walk to the main sights. The room was clean and well equipped, with a large TV. Unfortunately the walls are extremely poorly soundproofed and in the evening the neighbors probably had guests over and you could hear every word being discussed. On the other hand the phrase "breakfast" for us meant something other than a biscuit and some water with a few tea bags but as I have noticed it is almost everywhere in Italy. They could work a little more on this side. We recommend that you check the access code as soon as you arrive to make sure it works.

There is a coop a few doors over and old town is walking distance. It’s not the nicest part of Bologna but it’s walking distance to the old town so cannot complain too much here.

It is in the city centre and within walking distance of the train station and all major attractions. There are many excellent restaurants in the area too. • Olga (10/5): Exceptional - The Suite in Town room was big, excellent and cosy.Verry clean. I guess was recently refurbished as it s looks totally new. The TV was huge with Nietflix. The location is walking distance from city centre. We had coffe and teas and small breakfast privided. The host was very welcoming and gave all information needed. I really reacomend this place if you want to feel comfortable and like home Thank you Alessandro!

There is a fridge and a water boiler in the room so you can prepare tea and coffee and store some food. I was very pleased with the location, took me 15 minutes from central station to get there by foot and about 10 minutes to get to the city center. Just a little hint for people like me who are used to more of a savory breakfast: You'll be served Italian breakfast, which is usually sweet. I was a bit surprised at first. I can't really complain about anything.

• Maja (10/5): I found permanent accommodation in this city. :) - The apartment is great. Everything is brand new. The interior of the entire apartment is done very nice. TV was a complete shock to me. Positive. I've never had a bigger TV in my room. Real cinema. Breakfast is left in the apartment for the number of days you stay. A sweet meal in the form of croissants and biscuits. Coca-Cola and water are waiting for you in the fridge, which you can used. Letizia left us the same the next day. There is also a coffee machine, who can't do without coffee. :) The location of the apartment is a 15-minute walk from the city center. Letizia is phenomenal. This is how I imagine Italian hospitality. :) I have been to Bologna several times. I found permanent accommodation in this city. :) I don't have any complaints.
