• Susan (1/5): This could be a beautiful place to stay if warm and cleaned up. - Fabulous location for the centre of Jedburgh. Nicely decorated. 7 degrees on arrival. After turning thermostat up the building only rose in temperature to 15.4 degrees after two days. A large number of dead and dying bluebottles throughout. Dirty kitchen drawers. No mirror in single bedroom or bedside cabinet/lamp. Previously squashed bluebottles under jug. Dirty bathroom floor. Stains on living room carpet & sofa. No hooks in toilets .
• Fiona (8/5): Pleasant. - Spacious, clean. Right on the Main Street. Was very cold when arrived. hard to heat up over the 2 days, just ok. Need handrails on first set of winding stairs. Mirror in small single room.

• Haley (5/5): Passable - Central to everything around the town Was quite dusty , bits of rubbish still there from others guest , The top floor with double bed and the bathroom both door handles had been snapped off / broke. and are very sharpe so having very carful not to catch it , unable to close the door to double bedroom Windows very rattle when the wind and rain was blowing
• Daria (8/5): Very good - The location was amazing. Close to all amenities. No issues with parking for 2 cars. The property is a 3 storey house which gave us enough space. The kitchen was well equipped, however dish drying rack would be extremely useful. There were meant to be 2 double beds in one of the bedrooms which wasn't the case at all so we had to use a sofa bed in the living room. Bathroom door had a broken handle making it very difficult to use it.
• Cheryl (8/5): Very good - The location was great. We were there for the jedburgh festival and had a wonderful overview of the parades. The scary stairs. Proper Railings would have been appreciated.
