• David (9/5): Spacious and centrally located. - Great location and plenty of space. Access to the partment was via a fob-operated communal entry system - it took a little working out to identify which of the receivers to place the fob by. The apartment is spacious and so close to New Street that it was easy to go back to during the day. ALthough it was on the 5th floor, we didn't ever have to wait long for the lift.
• Harry (10/5): - Everything was comfy and a lovely place to relax after a long day out. At times the room was cold, the radiator had an error message when we tried to use it. But the overall stay was pleasant.

El apartamento super bién, la cocina - comedor muy grande, equipado con todo, y muy acogedor. El anfitrión nos dió todas las indicadociones muy claras y fácil contacto con él. Muy recomendable! Al ser céntrico en la calle hay varios bares y por la noche, se oye la música y la gente.

El suelo estaba sucio tmb. Si van fin de semana que sepan que es la calle de los bares y hay ruido toda la noche
• Steven (6/5): great for most of the time but very unpleasant on Friday and Saturday nights - good kitchen, living room and very comfortable bed - host was helpful and easy to communicate with the noise. I was aware of the central location but on Friday and Saturday nights the two pubs opposite the apartment are very loud - there are dozens of people outside the pub until well into the early hours and the noise is awful. The music also went on until at least 1.30am and the thumping bass can be felt in the bedroom of the apartment . Earplugs were not sufficient to help with this.
• Lorraine (10/5): - I have stayed at this flat three times now whilst attending events in Birmingham and it is like a home from home to me. The kitchen is fully equipped for any meals you may wish to make and everything throughout as you would need. I cannot fault this accommodation in any way. Thank you Antony.
• Hannah (7/5): Great location for a stay in Birmingham - It was located right in the city, and the size of the apartment was bigger than what we had thought it was going to be It’s very noisy at night with the bars on the streets, the bed is very hard and the alarm system is apparently faulty and went off 4 times while we stayed which was a bit concerning.
• Rachel Joy (10/5): Excellent - The flat was clean, comfortable, had everything needed for my 3 nights stay. Communication with the host was excellent. The location was ideal and it was very good value. I really have no complaints.

• John (9/5): Very comfortable. - Apart from the supercentrical situation and the excelent equipment of the apartment, the owner has reacted very well to a problem that arose at check-in so that my stay could be very enjoyable. One of the 2 elevators broke down during my stay, but that has nothing to do with the apartment itself.
• Jessica (6/5): Comfortable apartment but constant disruptions from fire alarm design - Very spacious property and exceptionally clean. Mattress was comfortable and the ottoman made relaxing in the evenings more enjoyable. The fire alarms went off every day of the stay. The host was quick to respond but it would have been helpful to know prior to booking that, due to the building design, if one alarm goes off in a flat then every alarm goes off. This was incredibly disruptive to the stay and I wouldn’t have booked this apartment had I known this was the design. Very disappointed in this.

• Sarah (9/5): Super! - Super flat in a great location. The space was large and will equipped. Communication was clear and pick up/drop off of the keys was no issue (it's literally just around the corner). We visited mostly for the Christmas Markets, which were right at the door step, as are loads of great restaurants and fun bars. There is of course some noise that comes with such a central location and festive season events, but it didn't bother us at all (ear plugs).
• Anna (9/5): Superb - The location is fabulous, close to the station, shopping and restaurants. There is a supermarket in the building which was great for us as we cooked at home. The kitchen is well equipped and also a washing machine and drying racks. The owner was very responsive and easy to contact. We really enjoyed our stay here.

• Khairiyah (9/5): Recommended fantastic stay! - It was a fantastic stay! I love everything about the house. The owner is very well-response, easy to contact and very friendly! No doubt. I faced some trouble with the sockets, and the owner responses very fast. Very easy to get the keys. The location to get the keys is 2 mins walking distance to the property, a shop in the grand central. It was very clean, with a full height fridge, dishwasher, microwave, pans and pots, everything you need is there and even washing machine! Well equipped! The location of the house is in the city, literally city. Only 2 mins to the grand central, which is the train station. So why would you say to this house? Ps: very sad that I can't share you the video tour of the house. I should've taken pictures instead I deduct 1 stars bcs the heater in the bedroom specifically is not working which most probably due to the trip that day, but overall I'm happy with the stay. It wasnt that cold, not that warm either. Just nice
