- Ida (5/5): I won’t book again. - Love the common space only. The bedsheets are stains. I have to ask 3x for a change: the breakfast are all salty. The room is so small you feel claustrophobic.
- Atiqah (1/5): Not pleasant. Would not recommend it to anyone. - Walkable area for cafes. The bed sheets were stained. Even after few times asking for a change, the "new" sheets were as stained. The smell was horrid. The cleanliness was horrid. The water pressure was weak. Towels were old. No window for the twin beds room. At nigh time, we could hear rats in the ceiling. The first room we were put in, there was a bed mite, then we asked for a room change. Equally horrid. The bins were dirty.

The aircond is not cool enough eventhough the setting is the lowest. Asked for non-smoking room but only left with smoking room. The cigarette smell was very strong we got headache. The room is not sound-proof, very noisy.
