• John (6/5): Frustrating dealing with scammers and liers. Do not trust this property to honor anything they have listed. - Location Untrustworthy people running this property. Booked for a full week only to find out once we got there the pool was available to be used during the week. I confirmed with them that there was no mention of the closures in Booking which after a lot of back and forth they agreed it was not mentioned in the listing.I was then take on a long winding text exchange which end with them refunding me $150. Did I get the refund…NO! All follow ups were ghosted with no answers either by call or text.

• Ece (1/5): The room was old and not clean; overall, we were not satisfied. - The room was quite old and not clean enough. The location is good, about a 7–8 minute walk to the city center. However, there were serious issues regarding cleanliness. The apartment owner tried to help and arranged for someone to come for cleaning, but the person who arrived was pregnant and came with her 5–6-year-old child, which made it difficult to carry out proper cleaning. She swept and mopped the floors using a dustpan and washed the mop in the kitchen sink. She was a kind woman, yes, but cleanliness also requires proper awareness and standards. The curtains, doors, and the bed base were very dirty and quite old. The shower area was also old and uncomfortable; the shower mixer in particular was in very poor condition. The kitchen was not clean enough, and there were stains on the mirrors. In addition, there was construction work in the building, and there was constant dust and activity in the area where the elevator is located.

No dejan ni una botella de agua de cortesía. Falta mantencion de pintura o puertas que no cierran bien enchufes que no funcionan

I’m not happy with that because the staff didn’t apologize or did anything to make up.
