Cid (4/5): Totally enjoyed our stay at Llafranc as this is a destination we have been coming to and enjoying since 2009, 2015, 2018 - The location was perfect for access to restaurants, the beach and local supermarket. From the photographs shown on booking.com we were under the impression the property would be more up to date. However, on arrival it felt like stepping back into the 20th Century. The property requires a real upgrade. For example in the kitchen, cabinets had their knobs missing. In the main bathroom the sink tap was loose making it difficult to position hot/cold. What was required was for someone to come in and tighten this with a spanner. This was reported as requested in the pack on arrival but was not dealt with. In the smaller bedroom there was a torn net curtain. We were a welcome pack that consisted of a toilet roll, scoring pad and small cloth. Clean linen was provided but we had to make our own beds up.
