• francine (5/5): Bien situé et confortable mais très bruyant et hygiène douteuse - Emplacement au top central et proche de tout. Une literie avec des matelas de qualité. Des chambres et séjour très grands on est parfois un peu perdu. Un ascenseur pour l’acces pour les fatigués.une climatisation par chambre et dans le séjour un vrai plus. Une salle de bain avec des moisissures très importantes qui m’ont dissuadé de l’utiliser ce qui est un problème dans un logement. Une chambre et un salon côté rue très très bruyant jusque 2 h du matin….

Para ingresar, se deben seguir si o si las instrucciones, bien detalladas y precisas, que te envía el anfitrión. Es difícil encontrar un lugar para aparcar cerca. Nuestra ventana daba a la calle y como nos quedamos un sábado de noche se escuchaba el bochinche.

Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo. Mi sarei aspettata che le istruzioni per il self check-in mi fossero inviate automaticamente a partire dalle 15, invece le ho dovute richiedere io intorno alle 17. Inoltre, pur avendo prenotato per 5 persone, erano state preparate solo le due camere da letto e mancavano le lenzuola per il divano letto per la 5° persona. Le abbiamo richieste e abbiamo dovuto aspettare oltre un'ora per averle. Anche le stoviglie non sono sufficienti per 5 persone.

The worst for me was the lack of plugs to charge your technology. Specially in rooms. No hangers for the clothes. No soap in the half bathroom.

Nel complesso tutto molto pulito, ambiente profumato ed il proprietario è stato disponibile sia nel darci le indicazioni per accedere all’ appartamento sia in merito alla possibilità di lasciare le valigie prima dell’orario stabilito per il check-in. Sicuramente consiglierei la struttura ad amici e famigliari Abbiamo trovato i piatti sporchi dei precedenti clienti all’interno della lavapiatti e la tenda della doccia emanava un odore sgradevole.

W zmywarce i szafkach brudne naczynia, łazienka staranie zapuszczona , wyglądała jakby nie była myta miesiącami, tylko przepłukana - przede wszystkim prysznic i zlew. W pokoju przy łóżku z podłogi wystają jakiś kable, rolety na oknach nie działały. Informowałam właściciela, ale to całkowicie zignorował i cały wyjazd miałyśmy pokój jak w piwnicy, zero światła dziennego. Śmieszne było to, że z kosmetyków był płyn do piany do wanny, ale nie ma wanny. Dodatkowo było mydło z nalepionym cudzym włosem, bleeee

Паркиране-невъзможно.Най-близкият паркинг е на университета,подземен ,с предварителна регистрация от приложение,приблизително 12евро за 24часа. Водата на душа е с ниско налягане. Няма кафе и чай...(Кафемашината е с малки капсули на нескафе).

El trato con el dueño fue todo por celular pero fue muy rápido y eficiente, el apartamento estaba muy limpio y bien equipado. Nos quedamos una familia de 5 y estuvo muy cómoda nuestras estancia. El ascensor da un poco de miedo, pero es un edificio viejo y se entiende que sea así. Es parte de la experiencia de quedarse en el centro histórico de la ciudad.
• Maria Victoria (9/5): Precioso apartamento en el centro de Bucarest - Precioso apartamento en una ubicación excelente en un edificio imponente del siglo XXI. Muy grande y espacioso, con mobiliario moderno, bien decorado y con camas muy cómodas. Aire acondicionado, muy importante en verano. La única pega es que tenía una persiana estropeada (era automática), pero supongo que se reparará enseguida. Todo lo demás muy bien.

• Konstantin (9/5): Superb - A nice apartment for your stay in Bucharest in the heart of the city in an old building. Very spacious, comfortable beds. As the apartment faces a busy street and the windows do not offer good noise protection, the noise levels at night are not everybody's favourite thing in one bedroom. Instead, the second bedroom offers good sleep as it is located "inside" of the building.
• Radu (8/5): Great Location, Nice Apartment with Minor Cons - Location was brilliant, close to everything in Old town and Calea Victoriei which was closed for cars during the weekend. Apartment was big, nicely spaced, 2 bathrooms and AC helped during the really warm weather. Host sent all required information including videos on car parking and finding the building close to check in time. Building was old, stairs quite uncomfortable (carrying bags to the 2nd floor) especially since the lift wasn't working. Water pressure varies, but mostly lacking and made it difficult to shower.

• Duncan (5/5): Good location to access everything. Nice apartment, poorly presented and unclean. - Location was good. Room dimensions are good. The apartment wasn’t very clean dust was everywhere one worktops, toaster etc. Patio door handles are broken. Wifi router and cables cut and not working. You cannot turn a tap on if someone is in the shower as the shower almost stops.

Contacted the host to inform that we would be 5 instead of 4 but he forgot. We had to pay for taxi to bring bedsheets and towels. There was no toilet paper and shampoo/shower gel. In other locations we stayed in Bucharest there was tea and was nice. Would recommend this to the host. We tried contacting a few days before with no response. We got a bit worried. Information on how to get in was sent on the day of arrival.

• Mihaela (6/5): Pleasant - The location is good. The host wouldn't answer the phone call and messages 2 hours before the check in. I thought it was a scam at some point. I was driving to Bucharest not knowing if I have a valid accommodation and check in details. Very unpleasant! He eventually sent me the check in details on Whatsapp but didn't answer other inquiries. The battery from the front door was very low, it was challenging to get inside. If the battery would have died, the host wouldn't even bother to respond, we would have been stacked outside. Lack of batteries from the TV remote, the TV was not working. Lack of orthe supplies, such as toilet paper.

• Alexandru (7/5): Good - The location of the apartment was great. The apartment was spacious, and the linens were clean and good quality. There was a hairdryer, iron and ironing board, and shower gel. There were dirty dishes in the dishwasher, and there wasn't any dishwasher soap . There were three AC units in the apartment, one in each bedroom and one in the living room. Two of the AC units - the one in the living room and one of the bedrooms - were leaking on the wall and created a huge puddle in the rooms. We were there when the temperature outside was 40 C. We let the owner know, and he said that he had them fixed before but didn't check himself if they were really working. He offered to find someone to come fix them, but we had a very busy schedule and could not afford to wait for any crew to do the work. The towels were very hard to find. In fact, they were tucked away in the bottom drawer of a dresser together with the extra sheets for the living room couch and we only found them when we did the final sweep of the apartment to check if we took all our belongings when we checked out. The living room window shades were broken .

The hosts were informative and helpful. The recommendation of the local bar (Negroni) and local restaurant (Italian - AveForchetta) were delightful! The beds were incredibly firm, making sleeping slightly uncomfortable, but bearable for a couple of nights.

We'd appreciate a bottle of water as we arrived at midnight and we were told that tap water isn't safe. We would appreciate an extra pair of sheets and more dishes in the kitchen. We'd appreciate a better communication with host who didn't keep his promise about a refund issue. But above all, balcony doors should be fixed urgently as there are gaps that allow noise from the busy boulevard inside.
