• Albert (3/5): Muy bonito en fotos, pero para nada recomendable para estar - El apartamento se encuentra en una zona residencial cerca del lago. Aunque está a unos 40 minutos andando del centro de la ciudad, la zona está repleta de supermercados, tiendas y servicios, así como el lago a unos 10 minutos andando. El apartamento se anunciaba con varios servicios que, en realidad, no existían. El microondas no funcionaba, el hervidor de agua fallaba. Había solo 2 platos llanos, una copa de vino, muchos cubiertos pero ninguna cuchara grande, dos tazas de publicidad y dos vasos. Se contactó varias veces con el propietario y, hasta que no se hizo la comunicación a través de Booking, no accedió a facilitar cuatro platos hondos, dos boles, dos copas y dos vasos adicionales. En cuanto al mobiliario, encontramos (y no se reparó durante el mes de estancia) la mesita de noche en el suelo, con unos soportes dañados en la pared. El baño tenía fugas de agua, lo que más allá de la incomodidad, generaba una sensación de suciedad cuando el agua recorría la zona del inodoro. La ducha se inundaba cada vez que se usaba, y de ahí que los marcos de la puerta estuvieran hinchados. Debajo de la escobilla había un desagüe sin rejilla ni nada, totalmente sucio y lleno de pelos. Entre los servicios constaba una lavasecadora que sí, funcionaba, pero que encontramos sucia. El apartamento carecía de fregasuelos o mopa, y se solicitó tres veces... Suerte de ello, porque el lavavajillas, un día, empezó a perder agua y tuvimos que secar la fuga gracias al fregasuelos. A lo cual, cuando se informó al propietario, dijo que se trataba de una manipulación por parte del cliente (¿De verdad?). Tardaron dos días en enviar a alguien para fijar la abrazadera del lavaplatos con el desagüe, la razón de la inundación. Algunas maderas del suelo las encontramos desajustadas, el sofá con algún agujero (previsiblemente de algún huésped que había fumado). El personal fue muy amable, pero para nada resolutivo: te daba la razón, pero ninguna solución, hasta que se enviaba el mensaje a través de Booking, momento en que "se ponían las pilas". Sinceramente, hay muchísimas opciones mejores que ésta y no recomendaría, en absoluto, la estancia aquí.

• Clare and David (9/5): - Big one bedroom apartment newly built / renovated with modern deco, the inclusion of a washing machine + dryer was a huge bonus for us. The building is conveniently located, with both underground and street level carparks for free. There are supermarkets and cafes nearby. Staff catered for our late check-in and easy communication. There was a drainage issue in the bathroom, water overflowed out of the shower area, but it dries quickly. Shower gel was empty. It would be nice to include bottled water, coffee facilities and clothes washing detergents.

Close restaurants and supermarkets. Very good bed and quality furniture. Good internet. Underequipped kitchen - no cups, only 3 plates, no good knife, no coffee machine. Nowhere to hang towels in the bathroom. No convenient place to put and charge phones in the bedroom without getting up from the bed. Balcony door in the bedroom requires blackout rollet.
