• Khushbu (10/5): Best location and kind host. - The location was perfect, with all the major attractions within a 10-minute walk. The apartment was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. It was the ideal base for exploring Athens. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city. The hosts also left cookies and drinks for us, which was a thoughtful and much-appreciated touch.

• Anne (10/5): Ganz hervorragende Wohnung! - Eine ganz ausgezeichnete Wohnung im Herzen vom schönen Viertel Plaka! Die Wohnung ist in einem erstklassigen Zustand, alles auch super sauber und intakt. Von Ankunft bis Abreise hat alles hervorragend geklappt, und die Kommunikation mit Peter war auch promt und zuverlässig! Der Balkon der Wohnung hat eine tolle wetterfeste Markise, sodass immer draußen gesessen werden konnte im April. Die Dachterasse des Gebäudes hat einen phänomenalen Blick! Athen ist uns sehr ans Herz gewachsen und dieses tolle Appartment hat sehr viel dazu beigetragen!
• Amanda (9/5): Fantastic location and great apartment with everything you need! - Location was excellent. Apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable too. Also really appreciated the drinks in the fridge and the little bottles of shampoo/shower gel. Overall it was great - a little bit noisy at times (from outside) but it didn’t disturb and was to be expected with the location.

• Andrea (10/5): Perfect stay - wish we were still there! - A spacious, clean and very comfortable 2 bedroom apartment on the 3rd (top) floor, with elevator. Lots of room to spread out, with a lovely large balcony with retractable sun shade (faces east), a cozy living room with streaming services. Perfect location in Plaka but not a super busy street. The windows were very good at keeping out any noise at night. We slept very well. And a roof top patio with amazing views, acropolis included. Thank you for sharing this wonderful apartment with us!
• Gindidis (9/5): - The location was the best! Just on the outer street of the Plaka, close to the Acropolis entrance and the museum. Across the road from The Temple of Olympian Zeus. Just perfect! It is apartment living, therefore there are rules and the walls are thin. But the roof top view of the Acropolis made up for it all.

Grateful of the refreshments in the fridge and snacks was a nice surprise. Peter was very helpful and friendly and kindly organized our taxi to and from the airport! Ideal for a family stay. • David (10/5): - Wonderfully appointed, comfortable unit that was central to the walking distance major attractions, restaurants and shopping. Communication with Peter (manager) was excellent, prompt and helpful before and during our 5 day stay. Courtesy coffee pods, drinks and snacks met our in-between meals needs. Rooftop view of the Acropolis and city was amazing. Couldn't have had a better experience. Highly recommend!! Thank you, Peter!

Host generously worked with us to have a late checkout to accommodate our flight Property was fine. Would have preferred to meet in person to get the keys since that was a little disjointed doing remotely.

• Jamie (10/5): Perfect location and base to explore Athens - Location was perfect but not noisy, balcony was lovely and the roof top terrace allowed for stunning views. Fully stocked kitchen including a washing machine. Beds very comfortable with lovely pillows. The bedrooms were a little small but manageable and could have done with a working lock on the bathroom.
• Anne (10/5): We had a great stay and we recommend the place. If we come back to Greece, I would love to stay there again - The place is confortable in a quiet street. Few feet out are all the pedestrians streets with shops and restaurants. On the other side is the acropolis and the acropolis museum. It is also one block of subway, buses and many tour buses departure, it is easy to get anywhere. Few blocks away are all the car rental places, for a day trip outside the city. The location is perfect and we felt very welcomed. There is everything you need to start your vacation, it was nice to have drinks, coffee and cookies after a long trip from US. The location is wonderful. There is a washing machine and a nice terrace. The street is near everything and yet it is very quiet.

The apartment was well equipped with everything you needed and a large balcony. There was also a communal roof top terrace which had amazing views over the city. Lots of bars and restaurants close by. AS it was a first time visit to Athens a bit more information of the city would have been appreciated

Some preventive actions can be taken for mosquitoes, there was no fly screen and had to fight with some during night.

• Nicoll (10/5): A fantastic base to explore Plaka and central Athens. It is so close to a lot of the historical sites! - Well equipped and very comfortable beds. A great private balcony and a fantastic communal balcony ath the top of the building. The hosts left some supplies for our first night which was extremely thoughtful!
• Julie (10/5): Fantastic, extremely interesting and a pleasure from start to finish - The location was excellent. A short walk to the Acropolis and all the other sites of interest. The apartment had everything we needed and the host had left extras including a few beers and some cookies. In the evening we walked to the local restaurants for our dinner. Then a slow 15 minute walk back to Plaka’s Heart sometimes stopping for some ice cream. The apartment was in a quiet side street so you were never woken up by noise in the streets after you’d gone to bed. There was nothing we didn’t like

The accommodation is located on the third floor easily accessible by a lift & to an upstairs common roof top, which could use an upgrade of furniture. • Marti (10/5): Loved everything about this beautiful and cozy apartment. - The apartment was spotless and the linens very clean - you could smell the lovely detergent on the sheets and towels. There was 4 different types of coffee available to make (great for coffee lovers!). There were treats in the fridge. The terrace was big and beautiful! AC in every room. Shower was better than most hotels. Overall a very cozy and comfortable apartment in a great location in Plaka. We LOVED staying here. And the host was communicating with us regularly, responded to all our emails, and was there to meet us when we arrived and explained how everything worked. The apartment was close to all of Athens’ key attractions: Acropolis, Museum, Syntagma, Hadrian’s Arch, Botanical Gardens, etc. Cannot think of a 1 thing.

Perfect location, few minutes to Acropolis, Museum, Restaurants, Metro, Shops, Hadrian’s Arch & Supermarket. We arrived in 43 degree heat so appreciated air conditioning & lift to 3rd floor. Loved the decor of well appointed super clean Apartment, large balcony & Rooftop access with Acropolis view. Hosts attentive & kind. If it’s available, book it. You won’t be disappointed. • Javier (10/5): Quiet apartment in amazing location - The location is fabulous. Literally at the heart of Plaka, in a quiet street but 2 minutes from everything you need. The view of the Acropolis from the roof terrace is to die for. The host was very responsive and friendly -- gave us good tips for food or services in the area. The apartment allows 3 people to sleep with perfect privacy (even more). All sleeping areas have AC, which was important since we visited Athens in the middle of a 50-year-record-breaking heatwave. Nothing really. We were very satisfied.

We could walk EVERYWHERE from our apartment - historical sites, shopping, food, and more. There wasn't anything we didn't like.

Lovely balcony and very special to see the views from the rooftop terrace. All round fabulous value for money. Will definitely recommend to friends if they visit. Thank you for helping us have a wonderful stay in Athens. We struggled to work out which property was plaka heart but thankfully the man greeting us saw us a bit lost. Toilet seat was very loose so we had to be careful but this is the only thing that we can say that wasn’t quite right.
• Rosie (10/5): Perfect - The property has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. if you’re too tired to go out in the evening after a long day sightseeing, the apartment has comfy sitting area with smart tv which enables you to log into your own tv options. The owners were there to greet us upon arrival and left welcoming drinks in the fridge. The location is fantastic, it really does live up to its name. When I come to Athens again I will definitely be looking up this accommodation.
