Laura (5/5): - Die Wohnung war in einer schönen Lage, auch an sich war es eine schöne Wohnung. In der Wohnung stank es ununterbrochen nach Kanal, auch nach dem zwei Handwerker da waren ging der Gestank nicht weg. Es war kaum möglich sich lange dort aufzuhalten. Das schlafen ging teilweise nur bei geöffnetem Fenster. Sehr schade für so eine schöne Wohnung. Auch die Heizung im unteren Stockwerk war sehr laut. Wir haben die Unterkunft kontaktiert und es war auch jemand da, aber leider ohne Erfolg. Aus diesem Grund können wir in der aktuellen Situation die Unterkunft nicht weiterempfehlen.
Herve (5/5): Wonderful location - Don't stay here if you want a stress free place to rest while enjoying Rome. - Great Location and neighborhood. Easy walking distance to most of Rome's sites, wonderful restaurants, and the Termini Train Station. Easy access to public transportation and taxis. Easy check-in and checkout. The listing was accurate. 1. The air conditioning in one of the units was not working, when we notified the landlord they said it was working that morning. They finally sent someone and interestingly it wasn't working. Very uncomfortable for our family members who had to stay in that unit. Daplace staff member who we were communicating with was predatory in our interactions with him. We booked this apartment because it had Air Conditioning, but AFTER we arrived, informed us the AC unit required repairs and REFUSED to offer any discount or other accommodation. Not being able to sit comfortably in our apartment was a big dilemma on an otherwise wonderful trip in Rome. 2. The TV in another unit was broken, and we notified the landlord (inadvertently sent to the wrong listing address, so shame on us) To add insult to injury, he accused us of breaking a tv we never touched. Stated it was working in the morning before we arrived - impossible since we turned it on when we arrived.
Lisa (6/5): Not a great place and probably would not stay again - Descent location Bed was really hard and no AC so was hot and little windows did not bring in enough air. Sofa was hard and small.
Michelle (9/5): Bellissima! - This apartment is an excellent option for anyone looking for a multiple bedroom apartment in Rome. A short walk from the Coloseum, in a neighbourhood full of cafes, restaurants - the location couldn't be better. The apartment itself is spacious, including a large kitchen with a dining table. The air conditioning works very well and the apartment even boasts a terrace. We were a large family group and we would definitely stay here again. There are multiple apartments of different sizes in the same building managed by the same company. The access instructions were very clear and the manager checked back to make sure everything was OK - and it definitely was. Honestly, no complaints.
