Couple of key items could have been identified in the in the in-room orientation - ie grocery store locations, broken beach location, and advice on telling drivers on pick up locations.

- John (8/5): Safe, comfortable stay in luxury apartment - The location is great for exploring the waterfront area and is very secure. The apartment is large, clean and well appointed with everything you need. Nice shaded balcony We had a lot of trouble finding out where the property was and how to gain access to it. The address provided in the instructions was actually wrong. The helpful taxi driver didn't know where it was. Getting hold of the designated contact at 10.30pm was not that easy and instructions given over the phone were difficult to understand. Even at the correct address, finding exactly where to get in was difficult. The same when we were checking out - even the taxi driver couldn't find it easily and was mis-directed - by the person who placed the booking for us!
