- Brent (8/5): We enjoyed our stay and the easy walk to get to the places we wanted to visit. - The location is about 30-45 min walk from most of the high profile tourist destinations (about 10 min to Trastevere, about 25 min to the Colosseum according to google). Plenty of cafes and restaurants close by that were wonderful. We didn’t use the kitchen but possibility to make a stovetop meal and complimentary coffee. The place was clean and big enough for 2 people to stay. Full wardrobe to hang and store clothes if you wish. Small fridge to store food was handy. Accessing the flat was easy. You are told in advance how to gain access. The host is responsive to messages as well. Due to its central location there is a bit of street noise so if that’s something you struggle with, this may not be a location for you. In the flat, the AC didn’t really cool down the place and would drip water leaving a puddle (we stopped using it because of this problem). We slept with the balcony door open to manage the temperature while we slept which seemed to work but it was still on the warmer side. If you struggle with the heat (we stayed the beginning of June) just keep that in mind when you make your booking.

- Emma (10/5): Great apartment in a perfect location - The apartment was lovely. Everything has been planned and thought of so there is everything you need. It is close to all of the main sites so easy to walk to everything. Alfredo was an amazing host, providing clear instructions and even helping us with booking a taxi for the airport! We would definitely book again on our next visit to Rome.
- Simina (9/5): Very nice Rome vibe - Even though it was just one room, things were smartly placed. It is located close to any tourist attraction. Wi-fi did not work even though the signal was full.
- Riccardo (10/5): Exceptional -
- Nicola (8/5): Very good -
- Barry (9/5): Superb - Location
- Julie (8/5): Very good - The location was central. The bed was comfy. Shower was hit or miss with the temperature. Also flow of water was not too good.
- Irina (10/5): It was above my expectations. The apartment is so cozy, very comfortable, small but fully equipped. -
- Wayne (9/5): Excellent - Perfectly located. All the sights within walking distance. Easy check in and out. Cosy. Good towels. Very clean. A little bit noisy at times but it is right in the center and not enough to disturb sleeping. Good Restaurants nearby
- Amandeep (10/5): Exceptional -
- George (5/5): Sleep was difficult due to heat and street noise, location is great. - The central location was extremely good, short walk to Piazza Argentina, Pantheon, Trevi, Capitoline, Colosseum, domus aurea etc. Towels were excellent. Bed was OK, just. Access to Netflix etc good. Tigre supermarket 2 minutes from door. Air conditioning was poor, handset worked sometimes. Though October, Rome is still very hot and the a/c was much needed but ineffective. The alternative was to leave the only external door (there are no windows) open for air. The noise from via Calderari was constant throughout the night. With many bars nearby, there are many drunks, many attempting to emulate Pavarotti. Add to this the metro trains at the end of the street, cars, motor cyces, delivery vans...you get the idea. Sleeping was difficult and constantly interrupted. Lift failed after 3 days. No microwave or oven equivalent. One roll of toilet paper only, clearly the assumption was there'd be no mishaps over a 5 day stay.
- Michael (10/5): Great apartment with everything one needs for a great stay. - Finally an apartment that supplied everything you need, plenty of PowerPoints, cupboards, a little kitchenette fully stocked. Mocha coffee pot and coffee, tea and kettle, great location close to Trastevere and most attractions Nothing
- Carly (9/5): Superb - This was a perfect little spot! It had everything we needed and was in a great, walkable location.
- Chloe (8/5): Very good - The location is incredible - right across the footbridge to Trastevere (a really great area for food in Rome). We walked everywhere. Great if you are on a budget - amenities are comfortable but basic
- Ben (10/5): Exceptional - Appreciated the AC as it was extremely hot outside. It made the apartment a refuge.
- Yvonne (8/5): Good value place to stay for a sight-seeing break in Rome - Excellent location within walking distance of good restaurants, the river and key sights. Good communication with owner. Compact apartment which makes very good use of space.
- Gilder (9/5): Alfredo has thought of everything in this place. Even an umbrella in case of rain. Fantastic location, lovely room. T - everything that we needed was thought of. fantastic stay nothing
- Daniella (10/5): Great apartment and location. - Alfredo was great. Super helpful. The apartment was fully equipped for a 5-night stay, with a kitchenette. Perfect location, a 1-minute walk from the Ghetto, clean and comfortable.
- Krista (10/5): More than we expected - Everything! The location is perfect, main places in Rome is within walkable distance. The host and self check-in is great, our flight got super delayed, but Alfredo made sure we can check-in ourselves and everything’s ok with us. The apartment is small, yet very cosy and with nice kitchen. And it’s very clean! You know, we didn’t come to Rome to stay in our apartment, so this was way more than we expected :) Maybe a shower gel in bathroom would be nice :)
- Soul (10/5): Exceptional -
- Steven (8/5): Great stay! - The host was fantastic! Whatever we needed he was able to provide. The room was really nice albeit very "comfy", but overall it was a nice apartment. I would have given it a ten if it wasn't for the fact that the air conditioning died but that's not the owner's fault. He did immediately give us a fan so it was the best that could have been done. Great stay! Bathroom was close to the bed. Air conditioning broke but owner was accommodating.
