• Γιώργος (10/5): - Το δωμάτιο διέθετε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, σε μια πολύ καλή γειτονιά. Η μετακίνησή μας ήταν εύκολη, καθώς μπορούσαμε να χρησιμοποιήσουμε το μετρό, το λεωφορείο ή ακόμα και να περπατήσουμε, δεδομένου ότι όλα βρίσκονται σε κοντινή απόσταση. Άλλωστε, η Ρώμη ενδείκνυται για περπάτημα. Το δωμάτιο ήταν εξαιρετικά καθαρό και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο. Την πρώτη ημέρα αντιμετωπίσαμε ένα μικρό πρόβλημα με την καφετιέρα, αλλά μας παρείχαν άμεσα μια άλλη το ίδιο πρωί, κάτι που δεν το περίμενα. Επιπλέον, μας επετράπη να αφήσουμε τις αποσκευές μας στη ρεσεψιόν μέχρι την ώρα της πτήσης μας. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα!

Camera spaziosa, fornita di tutti i comfort e pulitissima. Monica, host molto cordiale e simpatica. Anche se non presente, siamo stati molto seguiti con tutte le indicazioni via Wa. Organizzazione del check out ottima. Che dire? Torneremo!

• Raffaele (8/5): Perfetto, posizione perfetta, camera bella e in un bel palazzo. - La posizione, a due passi da San Pietro, Castel sant’Angelo e dalla fermata della metro di Ottaviano. Zona Prati è proprio un bella zona tranquilla. Monica, la proprietaria, professionale e disponibile. Probabilmente andrebbe migliorato il servizio della pulizia della camera, consapevoli che essendo in un appartamento non siano incluse le pulizie, però magari si potrebbe lasciare a disposizione degli ospiti del materiale per fare ciò in autonomia, insieme a un cambio in più di asciugamani. In caso sarebbe da provvedere alle pulizie ogni due giorni circa da parte della struttura. (Noi non abbiamo segnalato ciò perché non è stato un disguido così grave). Ma comunque è da migliorare, alloggiando per 6 giorni sarebbe giusto provvedere alla pulizia e che il costo sia incluso.

• Miriam (9/5): Posticino carino e curato in un'ottima posizione - La posizione è ottima, la stanza pulitissima e il personale, seppure non ci siamo mai visti, sempre disponibile al telefono L'unica nota negativa è stata il condizionatore un po' rumoroso.

Полы плохо помыты и холодильник вообще не охлаждал Учитывайте что это комната в квартире(отдельно закрывающиеся)

• Melker (10/5): Perfekt boende - Fräscht, välstädat, väldigt rymligt, väl utrustat rum och badrum. Stort och rymligt badrum och dusch. Hygienartiklar fanns gratis, stor och skön säng, bra mörkläggningsgardiner. Grannarna hördes i princip inte, så det var bra isolerat. Trevlig byggnad och omgivning. Bra läge med kort gångavstånd till Vatikanen och castel sant'angelo samt det historiska centrumet. Bra ställen att äta på i närheten. Värden Monica var väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam! Allt var perfekt förutom att toalettsitsen satt löst/lossnade lätt vilket var lite störigt.

Monica la proprietaria molto carina, gentilissima e disponibile. ROME art room si trova in un posto strategico e non è stato difficile poter raggiungere le varie strutture. Lo consiglio vivamente

• Maria (10/5): Perfect location for our Jubilee Pilgrimage & Lovely room and host - (1) Perfect Location. The main purpose of our trip was to participate in the Jubilee year so The property was a perfect location being 10 mins walk to the Vatican. We walked everywhere - 15 mins to Castle San Angelo and the bridges, 20-30 minutes to the Spanish Steps / Trevi Fountain, It was all very close to the metro station for further churches to visit - St. Mary Major, St. John Lateran and St. Paul outside the wall. (2) Clean and lovely accommodation. The room was perfect for what we needed. We usually gauge the room by the bathroom and in this case it was clean, modern, strong and hot water and had a rain shower! The bed was comfortable - my husband said that he was sleeping really well every night which is a good sign! We kept the windows closed to keep the heat in so we did not hear any noise from outside (our window was facing the street) and we did not use the heater/aircon so I cannot comment about this. (3) Entrance. We loved the entrance because once you pass through the doors, you proceed to a big area/courtyard which is very well lit. It also means it’s safe because you have to go through the large wooden main door before you proceed to your apartment which again has another entrance before you proceed to your room. There is a lift which we did not need to use but that facility is there is required. (4) Excellent Host and Communication. Monica is wonderful in all ways. She is very personal because she contacted me immediately after booking and gave me her what’s app number - which for me is a better way of being in touch. She sent us very clear instructions on how to get to and enter the apartment - including photos and a video. She was very helpful with our needs, especially storing our bags because our flight was not until the evening. Nothing. Everything was perfect.

The last night I found a small scorpion on the bathroom. I don't blame the host but maybe they need to hire a pest control. The location was perfect.

For accommodations in Rome, art rooms are a more cost-effective option compared to hotels in the tourist areas. The towels were dirty and had an unpleasant odor.

• Irina (10/5): Comfortable, cozy, simple and modern in it’s minimalistic design, close to Vatican center and even closer to Sant Angelo - Everything was great, from location, to how the rooms were separated, the interior design, the size of the room and bed, the facilities inside the room, the bathroom was very clean. The yard was also very quiet and couldn’t hear a single sound from the neighbors. Monica, the host, was very helpful and friendly, gave me all the details to reach the location easily. She also recommended me a great place to eat just a few steps away, at a friend of hers, where the food is great! The shower cabin’s door lock was broken a little, had to be careful how to close it to keep the handle in it’s place. But that was the only thing to mention, I had a great time, I’m highly recommending this guesthouse, I cannot complain and this is a really minor detail

Great location for looking around Rome, and some lovely restaurants close by. Only saw host when leaving, but she was friendly. Easy enough to collect key and find room after hours due to a late flight. Would use again. Price was at the top end of what I wanted to pay, but no complaints.

Water and juice in the fridge and a coffee machine in the room :) Bed was made everyday what we haven’t expected. Little Easter present from Monika for our daughter- thank you she was delighted!
