- Joseph (10/5): Staff was pleasant and courteous. - The breakfast was enjoyable and well prepared. There was a lot of effort that went into presentation and taste. The jacuzzi filled up to about 1/3 and ran out of hot water. This was a minor issue but we mentioned it to a staff member and they were receptive.

The evening appetizers and drinks were a refreshing treat after a day of exploring the city. Breakfast did not disappoint — the French toast, topped with a delicious apple glaze and cooked apples, was especially memorable.

- Justin (3/5): Great location but you’re better off staying anywhere else if you get the Elizabeth room. - Great location in St. Augustine, very walkable from all the stores, shops, and restaurants. The room was advertised as soundproof but this was not the case. I was woken up at 5:30am to the sounds of pots and pans banging around and staff yelling and talking very loudly in the kitchen. In booking.com the room is not advertised as sharing a wall with the kitchen and I only found this out after checking in when a staff member told me. By then it was too late to cancel the reservation. There is also no air conditioning in the room that I could tell, it was hot and muggy all night until early morning.
