Nahshon (1/5): Terrible host & accommodations - DO NOT BOOK. It’s cheap for a reason, but the security deposit is very high and even if you want to extend a current booking, they’ll charge you another security deposit. It’s been WEEKS and I’m still owed $600 in security deposits from them. Customer service is of no help. They’ll hardly be responsive and will give you the run around instead offering real, helpful solutions. The public area is dirty and unkept, there are always other people’s old dirty dishes in the sink often left for days, and the couches are old, stinky, and stained. You’re subject to be housed with people with very little respect for cleanliness, food allergies, hygiene, and smells. The beds are also very uncomfortable.
