- Binara (1/5): Worst booking placed ever - Don't ever book from booking.com this place. They don't reserve the room from booking.com's booking placements. We asked 6 days before and they confimed the booking. When we arrived to the place, they said no room was available. We felt so frustrated finding a room at season and our whole day wasted. Staff at the reception was not polite either . Booking was still ongoing though they said it is cancelled. Don't ever book this place.

- Michal (10/5): overall it was great! - It was really nice, the staff is pleasant and the meal is varied, the hotel was nice and the room was spacious! There was no hot water and no air conditioning (it was cold so it doesn't matter that much)
