• Irina Alex (7/5): - Ich musste die Unterkunft relativ kurzfristig buchen wegen einer Umbuchung durch den Streik von Lufthansa. Sie ist gut gelegen, in einem Wohngebiet, genau zwischen Flughafen und Stadt und die nächsten Metro-und Busstation ist fußläufig sehr Nahe. Leider war die Kommunikation schlecht.Ich wurde zwar gebeten,meine Ankunftszeit anzugeben--Check-in ist erst ab 16.00--damit ich eventuell die Möglichkeit eines früheren Check-Ins erhalten könnte, aber dann wurde auf meine Anfragen und Bitten überhaupt nicht geantwortet.Ich hätte wenigstens erwartet,dass sie mir antworten" Nein,das können wir leider nicht machen", aber es kam nichts. Auch nicht, als ich den check-In Code schon bekommen hatte,( das war gegen 14.00),da dachte ich natürlich, ich könnte schon ins Appartment, stand dann aber vor verschlossener Tür,konnte unter der angegebenen Nummer auch niemanden erreichen. Also das ist definitiv ein ganz klares Minus für die Unterkunft. Ansonsten war für die eine Nacht alles O.K., gut ausgestattet, aber das Appartment ist sehr dunkel und man hört alles durch die Wand, wenn der Nachbar nebenan ist. Ansonsten ist die Lage in der Straße ruhig und Lebensmittelgeschäfte gibt es in der Nähe. Ich würde die Unterkunft für einen längeren Aufenthalt nur buchen, wenn ich nicht viel Zeit darin verbringe, man ist ja sowieso viel in der Stadt unterwegs. Ansonsten war darin alles gut, ein bisschen steril ist sie. Ich finde,das Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis stimmt nicht. siehe oben im Text

• Andrea (8/5): Ruim voldoende - Schoon, goed bed. Goede locatie maar lopen naar centrum is te ver. Wij hadden fietsen gehuurd, aanrader. Lekkere bakker/koeken etc. op hoekje. Supermarkt om de hoek. Slechts 1 setje handdoeken, maar wel een wasmachine. Lag echter geen wasmiddel wat je wel zou mogen verwachten als je zelf je handdoeken moet wassen (we waren er 6 dagen). Ook geen vaatwastablet. Єдиний мінус, який зіпсував усе враження, це подушки. Вони настільки скомкані всередині, неможливо на них спати. Зранку болить шия та голова.

• Crista (9/5): Nice place! - I liked that there was a lot of space. It’s great for one or two people. The kitchen was well equipped so I could cook breakfast. There’s also a bakery at the end of the street which is great and a supermarket 3 minutes away. Also, the Turia park is 10’ away walking so I could go running and the metro station in 7’ away. It’s a bit dark. The only windows are the entrence ones. If you’re there to visit and spend most of your time out then that’s ok.

Lack of good food and the unit was hard to find and damp. - There was black mold growing on the mattress (under the pillow area of the bed) and ants in the bathroom. We purchased a spray to get rid of the ants. Both of us were sick with a sore throat and cold like symptoms which most likely came from the black mold. I would NEVER stay here again. The directions to the unit were very unclear. The neighborhood was a little sketchy and there were few resturants (primarily pizza and Kebabs or Donar) and low quality food in the area.

• Alessandra (8/5): - Check-in e check-out molto rapidi. Ben pulito. Culla richiesta al momento della prenotazione e fornita gratuitamente senza problemi. Zona ben servita, vicino alla metro e ai principali servizi, soprattutto vicino a un supermercato, comodo se si vuole utilizzare la cucina dell'appartamento. Bagno grande. Pur essendo su strada, l'alloggio è risultato silenzioso. Mancano alcune piccole comodità, come più appendiabiti in bagno o strofinacci per la cucina. Piccole cose che tuttavia possono essere facilmente risolte. Il condizionatore è lontano dalla zona notte, quindi per scaldare l'appartamento era necessario lasciarlo acceso molte ore con il rischio di far seccare troppo l'aria.

La puerta no cerraba y nunca nos dieron una solución, por teléfono no te atienden solo whatsaap y la comunicación no es fluida

Great metro connection, only few stations to the city. Apartment is on the street level so no see-through windows. Not a deal-breaker because everything else was superb.

Easy to get to, very clean, and all amenities you could want. Close to 4 different supermarkets , bars, and bakeries. Would definitely stay here again should the need arise.

• Igor (10/5): Exceptional - This apartment is a great example how any space can become functional and beautiful living space. It is kind of narrow and long space, probably it was some business location before but they have redone it. The entrance is on the street level, it has a modern kitchen with dining space, sofa and tv, double bed and one more, bigger, TV and in the end is very modern and clean bathroom. Checking in was easy, got the instructions through the email. It is half and hour walking to city centre. Not a problem for me, just saying.

The location was convenient for my visit, close to the airport. It was well-equipped with a kitchen, a hairdryer, and ironing facilities, which was great. I checked in late and encountered a few issues. First, I was baffled by a button in the bathroom that triggered a loud alarm; I struggled to turn it off and couldn’t reach the host for guidance. Typically, such buttons control hot water in many places, but not here. Second, the washbasin lacked hot water, and the shower water was only lukewarm without an option to increase the temperature. Additionally, it would be helpful to provide a complimentary bottle of water in the apartment, especially since late arrivals mean local shops are closed. While the inclusion of a coffee machine is appreciated, supplying a few coffee capsules for guests would be a thoughtful touch.
