• George (10/5): Convenient but simple - The place is as described, simple and easy to stay in. It has a kitchen and all the essentials, which is convenient. The location is great and easy to get around. However, the furniture is quite basic and not very new or luxurious.

• Taylah (10/5): Great location, decent stay - The stay was quite good overall. The apartment is clean and has basic amenities, not very spacious but still comfortable. The biggest plus is the location, very easy to get to District 1 with plenty of food options nearby. The building can be busy, so you may need to wait for the elevator during peak hours.
• Orla (10/5): Clean and well located apartment - Stayed here for 3 nights and it was pretty much what we expected. The apartment is clean and well organized, not very spacious but arranged in a way that still feels comfortable. Basic amenities are all there, good enough for a short stay. The best part is definitely the location. It is very quick to get to District 1, and downstairs there are convenience stores, cafes, and plenty of food options which makes things very easy. The building is quite busy so it feels lively most of the time. Check in was simple, the host responded quickly and gave clear instructions. Nothing overly impressive but everything worked well and smoothly. Good option if you want something convenient, reasonably priced, and close to the city center.

• Gabrielle (6/5): Didn’t this type of business, there are plenty other choices - Room ok for 4 people, small couch and mini kitchen. Washer on the balcony but you have to hang the clothes in the room to dry. One window ok. Good location just on the other side of the river for tourists attractions. Average of 10-20 minute walk to get to the different locations or a short grab ride. Had to pay cash on check-in without notice. Check-in process was long and not well explained. It is a building with only rental appartements but dissociated from the management. So everything happens on the street in front. The pool had only three long chairs and you are being watched by security guards. Not attractive at all.

The shower along with other areas of the property hadn’t been cleaned properly and or thoroughly. Towels were odd. The ad said that the property had a balcony, however it didn’t, which was really disappointing.

• Kelian (10/5): Wonderful 4 night family stay at Rivergate - We stayed 4 nights at CBD Luxury Apartment and really enjoyed our time. The apartment was clean modern and just like the photos. The balcony had a nice city view and the space was peaceful at night. The location is amazing just a few minutes from Ben Thanh Market and there is a 7 Eleven pharmacy and supermarkets right downstairs. The host was responsive and very helpful throughout our stay. We were even allowed early check in at no extra cost. A minor downside was that the pool got a bit crowded in the late afternoon but overall it did not affect our stay. We would definitely come back. Nothing!

I met a staff member and he took me up, advised only accepts cash which was awkward as I hadn't exchanged any cash yet and assumed card payment would be fine being a 'hotel' I ending up paying in Australian Currency with a small fee.

• Paul (10/5): Exceptional - I was truly happy with the river-view balcony here. Every afternoon, I opened the door to enjoy the cool breeze and watched the sunset — it was so beautiful and relaxing. Since I left the door open for a while, and it got dark, a few mosquitoes flew in. But luckily, the room had a nice, calming scent from essential oils, was super clean, and there weren’t any bugs except one or two mosquitoes. The kitchen was amazing — beautiful and very well-equipped. The way the furniture was arranged made the space feel tidy and practical. The location is also right in the center, which made me feel secure during my 1-week stay. I didn’t have to go far to find food or drinks — everything was just downstairs. The room had everything I needed. I really recommend this place. You’ll love the space as much as I did!

All the furniture was modern and high-quality. I especially loved the spacious and airy design. My room had a balcony with a beautiful city view and large windows that let in plenty of natural light. The swimming pool and gym in the building were a big plus for someone like me who enjoys sports. The location was right in the city center, making it easy to explore and have fun. Overall, this was a perfect choice for my trip!

It was an excellent choice, much better than the photos on the booking site. The apartment is modern, beautiful, spacious, and luxurious with a fully equipped kitchen. My favorite part was the large windows and the balcony view overlooking the city – absolutely stunning. The swimming pool was another big plus, airy and perfect for those hot summer days in Saigon. The host was very thoughtful and attentive from check-in to check-out. For the service and the price I paid, it was totally worth it. This will definitely be my go-to spot whenever I visit Saigon again. Highly recommend!
